So much of my life is just me having to be the reasonable one between me and myself and it's soooo unfair. "I wanna kill myself" like okay buddy how about you eat something and take a nap then we can have that discussion. "who cares if my doc won't up my dosage, I can just take two pills" then you'd run out too fast. "I don't need to go outside." but you love the breeze, and you'll get to talk to all your neighbours. Take Dax for walkies and then you can watch House on the couch and she'll probably fall asleep on your legs. You love cuddling with your dog.
