Animals Have been through enough
Animals are the most interesting things on earth, and they come in all shapes in sizes. Even with all their visible beauty man uses these animals and take away the normal natural life their supposed to live. Studies have shown that over 100 million animals are killed during science experiments and testing on cosmetics (Peta 2018). Regardless of the reasoning animal testing and killing for sport is wrong.
Human interaction has made it so that animals have began to get wiped from the face of the earth in their entirety. In an Nbc article on animal cruelty and species statistics it states, “A sweeping report assessing the state of the natural world found that humans are having an “unprecedented” and devastating effect on global biodiversity, with about 1 million animal and plant species now threatened with extinction”(Nbc 2018). This statistic is eye opening and really helps give an perspective on how humans are affect the environment and its inhabitants.
One of the biggest negatives that humans do to animals is the testing of products and medicine on them. Testing products on animals is very cruel because most of the test end up either completely injuring the animal to where it can’t function normally any more or they will just end up dying. Research has been done by the human society international organization, on one of their information tab it states, “Some tests use thousands of animals at a time, while others are repeated two or even three times using different animal species or routes of administration (oral force-feeding, forced inhalation or skin); no pain relief is provided”(HIS 2019). This quote shows that these animals that are being used for science are being put through some of the most painful procedures and are given no careful treatment. Also, when it comes to the treatment and living conditions the animals used for experiments do not getting living spaces anything like their natural homes. Research says most animals are in locked closets with no lights and they just sit in complete darkness and are not properly fed whatsoever (Peta 2018).
Animals are meant to be wild at the end of the day and when they are taken out of their home and our forced to live in terrible conditions and are taught their whole life to know nothing but pain. Also the matter of what the animals are being tested for comes into play as well seeing as though animals lives are being wasted on products that majority of the time will not hit the shelves. Information given by a animal organization explains that 115 million animals were tested on and only 59 products came out from it (Cruelty free international 2017). These numbers show that animals are being tested and their lives are being completely wasted. The amount of animals that are going through torture everyday are not even going through.
I have seen some of this animal cruelty myself in person. When I go to pet stores and things of that nature I see that that animals are living in these very small cages that have no water bottles in their cages and half of the animals look half dead. I really don’t like going into those kind of stores because I hate to be reminded what they are going through everyday.
I wish that everyone would just take time out of their day to do some research and find an organization that you support because these animals really need are help and they cant help themselves.

Is animal testing cruel?
=Animals are the most beautiful part of nature, before man came they ran the land, sky, and seas. Over the years man has used animals for the majority of scientific discoveries and theories. How ever no one ever thinks about the repercussions of doing the test on animals and taking them out of their natural environment. I believe that animal testing even with the benefits that come with it animal testing is still very immoral and unfair to the wildlife,
Even though ground breaking cures are found close to every decade it is not a good trade off for the amount of animals that either lose their life or gain serious defects from the testing. According to Peta, an organization meant to bring awareness to animal abuse,” Each year, more than 100 million animals—including mice, rats, frogs, dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, monkeys, fish, and birds—are killed in U.S. laboratories for biology lessons, medical training, curiosity-driven experimentation, and chemical, drug, food, and cosmetics testing”(Peta 2017). This is a ridiculous statistic and goes to show why animal testing should be thrown out the window entirely. The fact that this number is so big but the number of actual products and medicine getting out out is not matching the amount of animals being killed. It also shows that testing is just in ineffective seeing as though half the products that get tested on the animals never make it to the shelves, which would mean that the animals lives were wasted in a sense.
The other very big issue with animal testing is taking them out of their natural environment and raising them in captivity. The problem with this is that it takes away the animals chance at its intended natural wild raised life. It is just unfair and unjust for man to just take these animals out of their home regardless of their health to experiment on them and make their life even worse. According to Peta’s data base, 120,099 animals subjected to “severe pain near, at, or above the pain tolerance threshold of unanesthetized conscious animals”(Peta us 2017). This statistics shows that a good percentage of these animals that are being forced to live in captivity and be tested on are being out through extreme pain that would not go threw if it was not for human interference.
The real question that you have to ask your self is weather or not the products gained from all the animal abusive, and even getting killed. Most of the medicines and goods that are being tested on these animals will never be seen by the public at all, which means that a good amount of these animals are being tested on for no real purpose. So after all this it really comes down to morals and perspective, and what you think is rights as a person. This is because it can be argued that there is two sides to the spectrum of the argument. One side which is the side I agree with, thinks that animal testing is immoral and wrong and overall just cruel to force animals into captivity and make them use products that majority of them don’t even get put out for public use. The other side of the argument is that animal testing is necsasarry in order to find medical breakthroughs because testing on a human is immoral and off limits, but as long as it on a animal then it is completely okay and no matter how much bodily harm is taken on by the animal its okay because its all in the name of science and for medicine,
