"tell me more about those fixers, would you? the color fixers are especially curiosity-inducing to me..." she focuses all of her attention on don quixote, showing genuine interest to the topic. "talk as much as you want, i promise i'll listen."

the she-wolf grunted and tugged against the bindings she'd found herself in, growling. kotoko had been caught by the knights of favonius under several charges of assault and battery, as well as supposed 'kidnapping' as authorities had declared it.

but it wasn't kidnapping, at least not in her eyes! that girl... that girl she was protecting... her parents were horrible..... they deserved every hit....

"hey! dammit...! lemme outta here, i didn't do anything wrong!" kotoko demanded, pulling harder against the restraints. looking up at kaeya, she clicked her tongue. "well... if it isn't the famous cavalry captain himself... do me a solid and get these guys off me, would you? i was protecting that girl, and we both know it."

"ahh, apologies if this is out of line, vergilius, but..."

catherine and vergilius were alone, a chance encounter that was rare in the case of the sinners. she sighed as she took a drag of the cigarette she'd lit a moment ago. (she didn't smoke often, but it took the edge off when she needed it most.) she'd been curious about this for a while now, and this was the perfect opportunity to ask him whatever she wanted to know.

with the clear of her throat, she turned towards their guide. humming, she asked... "how did you and charon meet? i never took you for a family person. the relationship the two of you have.... i wouldn't be surprised if she turned out to be your biological daughter or something like that."

she's seen how the two of them interact. mahiru can deduce that haruka harbors some sort of love towards mu, and oddly enough, she thinks it's cute, in a way. definitely unhealthy, but with the way haruka's eyes shine around her.... mahiru can't help but want to do what she can to help him out.

so when she has a free moment, and the opportunity arises to talk to him alone, she takes the chance, wheeling towards the boy. a weak smile, plastered on, curls up. "haruka-kun!~ good, you're alone. you're in love with kusunoki-chan, right? hehe, don't worry, i can help you!" and now she's back to her normal self. if only she had her magazines that she swore by back then.....

amane hums to herself as she files her books and papers together nice and neat in her cell. the girl knows better than to leave one thing out of place, after all! however, the sound of footsteps interrupts her progress, and she turns around to see one of the other prisoners standing there.

"ah! kayano-san. are you... the nice one today?" she asks with a slight tilt of the head. "ah, i'm sorry if that was rude of me. i promise i won't say such mean things again!"

guideau doesn't know how long it's been since misa's stopped by. he doesn't care to know. he just misses his wife. it could have been months for all he knew. the last time he recalls seeing her, however, was in the spring. the last leaves of fall are on their last legs now, snow beginning to shower in some places. it makes him long for misa's return more than ever.

the snow is colder than ever without her presence.

while on a stroll with ashaf in order to clear his head, guideau's eye catches a glimpse of familiar blonde hair, and in seconds he's separated from the mage, chasing the woman down instead. when his eyes meet with misa's.... there's tears pouring before he even realizes it. he's already clinging to her desperately, sobbing like a child whose mother had finally returned from a business trip.

pathetic.

but he doesn't care right now. misa's here again.

"i missed you...." sniff, sniff. "please come visit again...."

Both Kotoko and Shidou have their left hand holding their right glove. And the trench coat hangs similarly to the belt.

The least forgiven and the most forgiven. Both trying to help the warden in their own ways. Lovely savior complexes we've got going on here, don't we?

finished my milgram girls double-sided charm designs!! i know the chibi style in each of them is kind of inconsistent, they all kind of look like they mightve been drawn by different people...but they were all drawn weeks apart from one another, give me a break, im not good at keeping a consistent chibi style!! ;__;

ill probably open preorders for these soon and hope to have them for ACME scotland in september <3

A slight narrow of her eyes follows as the Sinner struggles to decipher the ticking. She's still not used to it, after all. She smiles when Dante fully turns around, though it's not exactly confident.

"Ah, no worries, Manager. I was just wondering... do we have to go back there...? To Wuthering Heights, I-I mean. I just... I dunno. I'm. Scared?" Catherine utters a timid, almost panicked laugh. "Forgive my sudden query... I don't want to go back, is all..........."

("Hu-what? Erm sorry my mind was wandering..")

The clockheaded manager couldn't focus on much just that old photo they've carried around in their pockets. Feeling the tap on their shoulder snapped them out of it.
