I started drawing them around two years ago, when he was "originally" 23. So he'd be 25 now! Woo!!

Being a perfectionist really takes a toll on you. For instance, taking pictures of this drawing took me more time than it took me to actually draw it.

Jokes aside though, this is a piece that I have been working on since November of last year. Yeah. Talk about procrastinating.

I had many things getting in the way of finishing this, other than school. Firstly, one of my gray markers have up on me, and it took me way too much time to get my hands on another one. Then I couldn't find the acrylics I wanted to use for this for who knows how long, only to find them almost right in front of me literally just a few days ago. Then I also had to borrow a pen from my friend for the text. Which, believe me, it took me way more time to gather the courage to ask, than it took to actually write the text out.

People often argue that someone is a fake fan of a video game if they have not played it themselves, but only watched someone else play. But I am a firm believer that that is not the case. Mouthwashing is one of those games that I could never play for myself, exactly because I DO know what happens, because I watched someone else play it. Even just watching a letsplay of this game was both a truly unique and sickening experience all at once. I cannot put it into words how much it pains me to think about it, how deeply I feel about it. Even having never experienced such a thing myself, I feel Anya's struggles deeply. Now, of course, I am sure I cannot understand it fully myself, but I cannot stress enough how much thinking about her fate shakes me to my core. Which, going back to my original point, is frankly one of the reasons I could never play this game for myself, knowing from whose point of view the game is in.

Being an artist, the only logical way to appreciate something and express this was through drawing it.

I hope the dead pixel is noticeable. If not, that would truly be ironic.

It is safe to say that this game is always in the back of my mind.

Hello and welcome to me account! : )

I'm a traditional and digital artist and I go by Phoenix on here!

I mostly draw fanart of my interests, though that doesn't mean I post regularly AT ALL-

My personality type is INTP apparently.

Fun fact i guess: I'm a goth! : D Well, it's more than a fun fact, but I had no other idea how to mention that lol.

My favourite color is red. Also I mix British and American English cuz this isn't my first language : P

I often take breaks from posting due to life so yea

I usually draw characters from media I'm hyperfixated on at the moment.

I am a minor, so keep that in mind when interacting with me.

Hobbies:

My hobbies are drawing (duh lol), sewing, photography, making DIY stuff, writing and making comics, and, of course, listening to music. I have a feeling I need to add that lmao. besides my native language and English, I'm also learing Latin, Spanish, and I know some German.

I've always loved learining about big cats as well.

I listen to a bunch of music genres, but mostly rock, gothic rock, punk rock, dark wave, post-punk, emotional hardcore, experimental, gothic metal, and other types of metal as well.

I listen to Will Wood/Will Wood and the Tapeworms (which I'm very normal about, definitely...), She Wants Revange, MSI, Queen, Metallica, Tally Hall, Ghost and Pals, Mother Mother, Lemon Demon, Marina, MCR, and then also the most random songs that I like from whatever artist/band/genre.

When it comes to goth bands, I mostly listen to Bauhaus, 45 Grave, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Scary Bitches, Screaming Dead, The Kentucky Vampires, and many more! Those are some of my favourites though : D

While I do understand this point of view, and acknowledge that I can not make anyone not interact with me, I do not necessarily agree with calling them useless.

ANOTHER POPSTARKILLER OC !!!

Another OC I made for the PopstarKiller webtoon !! They work as a guard at the gameshow.

You can't see their face for now (spoilers i suppose heheheh), but I think I did a good job portraying the POC features I wanted to portray, currently hidden by the mask they wear. They are actually one of my first POC OCs, and the first one I have drawn! I think I did a pretty good job portraying that, but I'm definitely open to improving that. I want to do great representation when I do it, of course! I'm very proud of these references, overall; and I had lots of fun working on them!
