“ I suspect it’ll be a two week turn around time. Give or take. ” Package and coin lifted by scarred hands, the messenger stored both within the leather pack settled against his hip.

“ As long as you have provided me enough for a new mule. ” Bartering with a merchant wasn’t Six’s wisest idea; but then again those seemed to be rare for him. His last mule had been killed by bandits, Six was lucky enough to escape with his own life. The accidents cost had to be compensated in some form.

“  you’ll  see  the  rest  in  two  weeks ,  then .  ”    had  six  expected  him  to  snap ?    he  didn’t  care  how  long  it  took  his  messenger  to  get  BACK  from  athens  --  just  as  long  as  package  was  safely  delivered  on  time .

at  the  courier’s  reminder  about  his  mule ,  the  cultist  rolled  eyes .    he  waved  a  hand  towards  the  door  to  usher  him  along .    the  sooner  documents  were  on  the road ,  the  better .

“  there  is  no  time  for  you  to  shop .    you  know  where  the  horses  are  kept ?    take  one  of  them .  ”    a  pause .    “  and  don’t  get  this  one  KILLED .  ”

“  i  do  not  care  how  you  do  it .    walk ,  join  a  caravan ,  take  a  horse . . . grow  WINGS  and  fly  --  i  do not  care  how  this  gets  to  athens .  ”    he  held  a  parcel  out  to  the  other ,  keeping  a  firm  grip  as  he  looked  six  dead  in  the  eyes .    “  just  get  it  there .  ”

package  relinquished  to  his  courier ,  he  swept  a  pouch  from  the  desk  to  his  side  and  sent  it  the  short  distance  between  the  two  of  them .    “  half  now ,  half  later .  ”    not  once  had  problems  arisen  with  the  speed  of  six’s  journeys ,  yet  still . . .  “  do  not  keep  them  waiting .  ”
