Our First pony is ready to go to her new home. We are so happy with how she turned out. From her before pictures of her ratty hair, to the beautiful goddess she is.  So far we have found her as cheap as a few dollars, to as expensive as almost 300. She is on our etsy shop, ready to go home to be with someone who will give her the love she deserves.

I love me some ponies, Yes yes I do. I am so excited about this challenge. I decided I wanted to rebuild my pony collection that I had as a young lady. So now I am starting from scratch and decided my pony’s would all be “rejects” and ponies that are just unloved.  I am going to be looking for vintage ponies in the wild, bring them home, clean them up. And sell off the nice ones that do not need new paint, or new hair.  These are the first ones I have dug out of my Bait Box of ponies I was going to customize. I am glad I look as some of these are expensive and beautiful.  Today I didn’t add any to my collection, but got all these girls cleaned up, brushed out, and conditioned. Now they are all sitting on my work table waiting for hair to dry.  I am concerned about the Twinkle Eye one. Her hair is so Damaged she might be going to my collection as she might need a full re Hair. But to do that I need to sell at least a few of the good ones first. I want this collection to cost me $0.00 in the long run. I want it to just cost me my time and love to give them.  Right now all the materials used to help these ladies out are paid for by my art studio. The amount of water, paint, conditioner, ect.... they will use is minimal and things I already have around the house.  In order to buy new ponies, I need to sell ponies, in order to buy hair for the ponies I need to sell ponies.  Get the idea? This will be a challenge that will keep me busy for years to come.  Keep an eye on Tumblr, Facebook, and/or my Instagram for updates, and when ponies will be heading off to etsy for sale.  Heading for sale when they are ready will be:  Blossom, Sweet Stuff (assuming I can tame that frizz), a Peppermint Crunch (There are two, so one is heading to my collection as she needs a repaint of her cutie mark), Sunspot, Streaky, and Happy Glow
