So first off for the sake of this scenario they are at a generic fast food place

Kellin is texting his boyfriend and occasionally texting shilo when he has something to say, he occasionally glares at allistair but whether he's actually glaring or just squinting because of the big light is uncertain

I think Mylah being a fairly approachable person, could probably get Oriane to yap about something with little provocation

Hi! This is a fanblog about the LEGENDARY GROUDON, Oriane Rosegold's Sunkern. Yes I know he only featured in one pokestars film. I don't care. He is my magnificent baby seed of TERROR!! I love him so much.

Some important info to share right away:

Oriane Rosegold is an oc I came up with when playing bw2 a couple years ago.

In the continuity of this blog, she's a sort of niche pokestars studio actress. She is 12 years old, and is usually seen with a purrloin. All of this is public information, so you're allowed and even encouraged to have your characters know about her if they follow the pokéstars scene closely.

You may have noticed the muse didn't introduce themselves as Oriane. Who is running this blog? You'll have to figure that out!

I run with ambiguous multiverse rules. If we have headcanons that clash the clause applies, I don't really care to overthink whether our characters exist in the same universe otherwise. I play very fast and loose with it.

Outside of lampshading jokes, I don't go by "this world is inside a video game" logic. Any such jokes are tagged "4th wall break", but I don't plan on making those a lot.

Eebies, sapient pokemon and hybrids welcome to interact, the muse may not know about them at first, but will be neutral.

Also I think most trainer journeys last a couple months, not all of their school years. Those kids aren't suddenly skipping their education to go fight the gyms, and they'll be able to learn how to read and all that important stuff before or after. Just that now they've also had time to make friends, expand their horizons and really be experimental with life.

Things kids get out of pokémon journeys:

Meet new people all over your home! (Social networks are very important)

Learn practical skills like budget management, meal planning, how to apply medicine, orientation skills, and more!

You get plenty of exercise and fresh air!

Autonomy! You get to choose your own path, and your own pace!

What they get from school in our world:

Socialization is mediocre (you only get to see the same 50 or less people, and if you don't get along with them? Too bad!)

Little room for learning by experimentation, you only get to learn theory since it's easier to model lessons around that than practice.

Sedentary lifestyle. You will sit on a desk all day and get back pain from improper posture when you hit the mid 20's

Lack of freedom. Everyone goes through the same path and is expected to perfom the same amount at the same pace.
