It’ll be fun to showcase all the different, crazy, absurd, funny, fluffy, smutty, bonkers things we can all write, using the same prompt/character etc… And to showcase how every story will be uniquely different.

Hey, friends! 2024 is just around the corner, and it's time to start thinking of resolutions.

No, wait, come back here. Let me finish.

It's time to start thinking about resolutions involving our favorite DEA agent Javier Peña.

Better, right?

So, here's what's happening. A group of like-minded weirdos from around here thought it would be fun to do a challenge for the new year. We're all going to write stories with the same character, theme, prop, and line of dialogue, all chosen at random for maximum WTF-ery.

Our goal is to show that it doesn't really matter if more than one writer tackles a trope or prompt, because each writer will bring their own talent to the story and that's what makes fic so cool - the individual perspective of each author.

So, I hear you asking: why do I need to know any of this, Megan?

Because we'd like you to join us! Think of it as a potluck - we all roll up to the table on January 1, put our stories down, and dig in. You may find a new favorite writer or make a new friend or find that very special tiny group of people who love just what you love.
