No no no, I don't like this. She writes "I want to prove people that you can be healthy at any size" yet earlier in the writing she makes the remark of being an "unhealthy 0". A size 0 doesn't mean unhealthy, it doesn't mean anorexic or bulimic, nor it means bad. A zero means zero. A zero can be less body fat, smaller frame, maybe less height, and even a faster metabolism. Don't pull the trigger too fast on body shaming a size 0, it can equally as healthy and beautiful as a size 12!
