Carlos Millen always amazes me with his speed and focus to always improve, Keontay Price is determined to follow in Carlos’s foot steps ....there you have it- Antonio Bowman lifted a pr in the snatch, and there you have it -they set the atmosphere and inspired each other to lift personal records ! And did I mention these young men have been working just as hard in the classroom! They have the progress reports this week to show it !

This little guy needs a loving home! He's adopted us at PI, however we can't give him a home here. He is very friendly, loving, a bit skeptical of dogs, but Hope is making friends with him. Please come meet him and give him a forever home! (at Performance Initiatives)
