my Johnny is about as cis as they come, but also i can't deny that my own transness has definitely rubbed off a lil bit in my writing of him ngl (which is also a big reason i decided to make Jiggy trans, if Johnny isn't trans himself then the other character who is basically meant to be a direct parallel of him can be instead lol)

anyway this is mostly to say: in terms of actual gender Johnny does enjoy being a very masculine cis man, strictly he/him and all that stuff.. BUT. BUT BUT BUT. if you treat him essentially like a lady, he will crumble. just in little ways, small behaviors yknow

you guide him somewhere by placing ur hand on the small of his back? oh he's fucking folding. you hold the car door open for him? he's swooning. you pick him up and carry him bridal style? he's putty in ur arms. you take him to a carnival and win at a game just to give him a teddy bear as a gift? he will literally adore u forever and ever. you treat him to dinner and don't expect him to pay (not like he has any money to pay with anyway)? he's urs.

of course, none of those things actually HAVE to be tied to gender in any way. it's just like, common human behavior. but, yknow, Johnny DOES think that way about lots of things, and that's just a mindset that's been ingrained in him all his life — so being able to go directly against that in the opposite sort of direction, in which he's treated more as the "feminine" one in a relationship so to speak, can be rlly cathartic for him in that sense and also help him realize that that mindset is a bit silly to have. kinda like how a common treatment for men deeply affected by toxic masculinity is to do things that challenge their beliefs in gender ideology like painting their nails. rather than TELLING him that the way he thinks is silly, bc he's likely not gonna listen that way, u just gotta SHOW him yknow! and it just so happens to be a lot easier to do that in a romantic context for him lol

if coney doesnt have eyes under his sunglasses, are the sunglasses his eyes? if they can be taken off... does he go blind? or would he still be able to see out of the glasses?

OOOH .. initially my first thought was that he's still able to see normally despite the lack of eyes bc Game/Cartoon Logic — but the thought of his sunglasses being the eyes instead would be SUCH a fun gimmick for him omg 👀 and then that way somebody else could wear his shades for whatever reason and he can see all the same things that person sees ?!? ok yeah i'm going with the shades are his eyes LOL

i think the shades can also be broken, which would leave him blind, but it's easily reversible if he can just bring it up to Caine and Caine gives him new sunglasses

Coney / TADC!Johnny is likely to be a bit more emotional & insecure than he typically would be in his human verses i think. and just a lot more awkward. dude was so used to using his looks as a crutch in real life — but now, he's a fuckin HOTDOG!!! how's he supposed to look good when he's a literal weenie?!? at least everyone else mostly got cutesy-looking avatars to some degree, but he's just. A WEENIE. he doesn't even have his muscles anymore!! how's he supposed to lay down the moves on the ladies while looking like this ?!?!

in other words he is fully aware of just how ridiculous he looks. he tries to cover up that insecurity by putting on the macho front all the more, and ramping up the flirting with women even more — but in the event of a rejection, he's bound to take it a little more harshly than he would as a human (when, normally, he would've just brushed it off & immediately moved on). he doesn't get too angry about it or anything, moreso just dejected and mopey. it's a little hard not to mope when you've spent so many years trying to find romance, and then you get stuck in this digital world where you become a ridiculous looking hotdog that you know nobody's gonna be able to take seriously so you essentially feel like all that effort you'd previously put into your looks was all for NOTHING.

Jiggy: amazing with animals. might as well be an animal whisperer. has that Disney princess charm where he sings and animals are attracted to his voice. could probably tame the wildest of animals. his parents literally have a pet bear (which Jiggy believes to just be a very big dog, mind you, but STILL)

Johnny: animals will often try to MAUL HIM IF HE EVEN LOOKS AT THEM THE WRONG WAY!! IT'S ON FUCKIN SIGHT!!! also he just kinda sucks with them, so no wonder. again mans can barely even take care of himself let alone animals. prone to agitating them by accident

the real kicker is if you get them in a room together and Jiggy sings and all the animals come running, only to then maul tf out of Johnny

surprisingly .. not really! he's not a huge animal guy! or, well... not on the surface anyway, lol

he doesn't necessarily dislike animals by any means — he likes them ENOUGH. if he happens to see a cute critter nearby, he might stop and be like "aww lookit the little fella," and then carry on with his day. but, as far as pets go? taking care of them? Johnny can barely even take care of HIMSELF without struggling, much less another living creature. i feel like he definitely has tried in the past, all with dogs, but it never quite worked out too well for him. they can be loud & overstimulating, too messy (lord forbid they make a mess of his clothes or HAIR!!!), you've gotta take them on walks a lot (he's lazy), and he just doesn't have much patience to train them.

NOW, THAT BEING SAID... Johnny would be such a cat person imo. but like..... there's a bit of a stigma around macho dudes who like cats — so, i think because of that, he's never actually entertained the thought of owning a cat before. but they're typically a bit easier to take care of, they're pretty cleanly creatures (although... Johnny does wear a lot of black shirts. rip he'd need a lint roller for all the cat hair lmfao), they don't require much training, and they don't require walkies .. Johnny would have a much better time taking care of a cat than he would a dog i think

but, again, he's also very much a "dogs = boys, cats = girls" type of person, which is a lame ass mindset to have bc bro they're just animals. but alas he does indeed think that way. so he kinda has the vibes of "cat dad who did not initially want to own a cat whatsoever, but ends up loving the cat and begrudgingly becoming besties with it." once the cat distribution system comes for him it's OVER FOR HIM <3

Jiggy loves dogs! and pretty much all animals in general, but ESPECIALLY dogs. he's got a little pug named Sona (which means gold!) that he likes to carry with him every now and then and dresses up in all kinds of cutesy outfits. the little pug in question loves her owner to bits but will not hesitate to snap & growl at literally anyone else, even though Jiggy claims she's a little angel who could do no wrong 😇

also all this is to say, in the future / in the event that Jiggy quits his acting career, he'd most likely step away from the public eye and become a dog groomer! realistically he probably wouldn't even need to work again after quitting acting bc i'm sure dude would still have so much money saved up, but i think he'd like it anyhow bc it gives him something to do lmao — and he'd LOVE getting to cut & style dogs' fur and making them look all snazzy
