i think if someone doesn't want to write a diverse set of characters there's nothing anyone else can do to force them to do so in a way that won't make their representation disingenuous. like yeah adding diversity rules will drive the worst of the worst away from a group but besides poc only groups (and even then. undermined by kpop rpers!!! lol) most of this type of writer will do the bare minimum to abide by the rules while still being able to write their archetype.
