hey there! i just came across your page and was excited to see a page dedicated for themes alone. could you help suggest some themes that have a personal-journal like feel to it, preferably a free theme ? i have been planning to change the themes of my side blog but haven't been able to find one that i like. i would really appreciate your help :)

is there any type of code or option that lets you have a separate description on your theme/desktop blog than from mobile? its kinda dumb if i have links to stuff on the blog when i have to add a link to the description for mobile users to check if that makes sense?

hi! for my themes, i usually just use the same description (unless, it says otherwise like in my Greyson 3.0 theme, where there's an option for a quote or whatever information you want to include there).

but, all that you have to do is look for the code {Description}. make sure it's the correct one though. it usually looks like this:

<div id="description">{Description}</div>

then, just remove {Description} and type your different description (other than the one on your Tumblr profile).

Tumblr did an update! The comments, reblogs, and likes can be more visible now :O Even the direct messages feature is also different! When did Tumblr do all this? :OOOO

AHAHAHHAHAHAA it must've been so long ago since I was active on Pillow Themes! It's like I just dropped off from the Tumblr world >___<

I'm just checking in though! School has taken most (if not all) of my time lately and the reason why I'm back is for school too (I'm trying to build a page for the service we're innovating for our entrepreneur class). >___<

Hi hope you are well. I am looking for this fic where jungkook is the ceo of some modelling agency and is married to OC. They go to a function at JK's office and he introduces his wife to a new model he is working with. OC is clueless at first but when she thinks back to the moment she realises how JK and the model were eyeing each other. Essentially Jk is cheating on his wife with the model. If I remember he even leaves the party to go to his office where the model is waiting for him. Thank you

Hi! I'm using Valetia and I noticed that the captions of photo posts don't show up when you're on their permalink page, and that link posts display really oddly both on the blog and on their permalink. Best of luck in college and thank you for the themes!

Hello! I just checked your blog and the captions seem to work well! I think you were able to add the code needed for the caption to show up. If it's not yet solved, I'll look into the original code again.

Hello! I know it's been a loooong time since I was on Tumblr T___T and I can't believe I forgot about Pillow Themes' Third Anniversary! So, super belated happy anniversary to this blog!

I can't say I've grown a lot in Pillow Themes over the past year because I haven't released anything yet. But, Pillow Themes has definitely been my foundation in tech. I started learning about Python (I'm still a beginner lol) and UX Design! So, I owe it to Pillow Themes to keep it alive. I'll probably do more than just code themes and color palettes here!

In the meantime, thank you for your support throughout! :>

Hello (I’M ALIIIIIIVE TUMBLR HAHAHAHHA! Someone messaged me about the Reblog Button not directing you to Tumblr’s reblog page. I have already edited the code in Pastebin. For those using the theme, here’s the theme fix:

Find <a href=“{URL}”>Reblog</a>

Then, change it to this code: <a href=“{ReblogURL}”>Reblog</a>

The one in bold is what was added.

Note, you might need to retype the quotation marks if you copy-pasted this.

infinite scroll anon here! it didn't work :( just to be clear, you meant to disable then enable the option from the theme options and not from the code itself right? lol

Hello, Anon! Yes, disable and then enable the option from Theme Options. Also, adjust the number of posts to be displayed on the page. If it isn’t working, try reinstalling the theme again. :>

hi! i hope you're doing well and coping well with school! i just have a question - im using your lighthouse theme and it seems like the infinite scroll isn't working? i allowed infinite scroll during the customising as well but it the posts end after a bit of scrolling. is there anything i can do to fix this? :)

Hello, Anon! I think I’m doing well (?????) in school, but I still get anxious when I recite (even if I’m already behind the screen oof). Anyway, thanks for asking, though!

Going back to your question, here’s what you should do:

Disable infinite scroll first. I know it’s odd, but disable it :<

Press Update Preview and Save!

Then, enable infinite scroll again.

It should work by then! If there are still problems, don’t hesitate to message me! :>

Remove the whole .answerer class found in the CSS part.

Remove this line of code <div class=“answerer”>{Title} answered:</div> found in the <body>.

Hello! I'm using your silaw theme and I've noticed that whenever I reblog an ask from another user, it displays my name ("Anon Answered") instead of the the original user's name. It's not really a big deal, but it may lead to some confusion 😅
