May have missed some, but it is very fun to keep checking for new ones throughout the different music videos. And so many references to their old music videos too. They spoil us!

ppl are arguing about their love/"hate" for Saturday. Tyler said in Backslide that he wish he never did Saturday, which we can assume is because of all the backlash.

now, after the release of Backslide, it seems like some ppl who've said they hated Saturday have changed their opinion.

i see ppl who are bothered by this, which i understand. they are angry because the hate for Saturday made Tyler feel the way he adressed in Backslide. they are also angry because they've always loved Saturday meanwhile others went from hating to loving after the Backslide release.

the point with this post is not to talk about gatekeeping, so let us move on from that.

is it not a good thing that people change? although it was because of what Tyler adressed? regardless, ppl love the song now and is that not a good thing?

to the ones who've always loved Saturday: should'nt you think it's a good thing that the song is finally getting the appreciation it deserves?

i FEEL the frustration, but it's much more fun to think about this in a positive way.

it was heartbreaking to hear how the backlash affected Tyler so much and i think that everyone who expressed their "hate" for the song should feel guilty and learn. but please let people change.

maybe all this was a wake up call.

the point of discussing the saturday mention in backslide is not to point fingers and assign blame. we should just be reflecting as a community and thinking about how we each can do better. idk, whatever it is that we’re doing right now feels like the opposite of what tyler would want

i am first and foremost a hater of the people who hate sai leave my babgirl the fuck alone

saying well i love sai and saturday so i choose to believe its about the lore is so ignorant like for real lmao its not about whether ppl like it or not its about the fact that it DID have negative reception. it has literally since it came out. people will jump at the opportunity to tell you how much they hate sai and saturday and how its the worst thing in existence. of course thats going to affect tyler and he's literally allowed to feel whatever he wants about his own art and say whatever he wants as well. insisting on everything being lore related is tiring when the message is just really straight forward and clear
