So something that has been bothering me since I saw the Deadpool & Wolverine movie is the nickname Wade first uses to call Logan, Peanut. If I remember correctly, the first time he calls Logan peanut is at the beginning of the movie when he's puppeting around Old Logan's metal skeleton.

It's perfectly fine to find it weird and disturbing; even the people reading it feel that way. *I* feel that way about slasher horror movies, but I've lost count of how many Saw movies there are now.

We just don't like that you're attacking the author and readers, other people who have most likely gone through the same trauma and need that form of catharsis, whether through writing or reading about it. There's a difference between finding something disturbing, and *attacking* people processing their trauma.

just came across a dippford ship post on tik tok. what i’m about to say may bring me hate if it even reaches anyone at all, but why is this allowed? i get that proshipping, at least in this persons case, is a trauma response but WHY is it public?? how can you openly post about a pairing that isn’t just pedophilic but also incest?? you’re talking about AFTERCARE??? they’ve limited access to their comments and such but genuinely they need help to work through their own personal trauma and stop posting about these ships online, because while it may seem to be a coping mechanism, i honestly think it may be doing more harm than good to normalize it. anyways, that’s all. pls don’t ship ford and dipped because that’s just messed up.

Happy Summerween 2024!

(Image ID at the bottom.) So this absolutely got away from me, which is why it's getting posted so late. It's still Summerween here for uh... 45 minutes!

I don't know if this works or not; the concept was, like... the kids convince Ford to put on his badass Portal outfit for Summerween, and then everyone surprises him by whipping up a group costume as refugees from the SciFi Sideburns Dimension.

Dipper's outfit is actually based on a Portal Dipper design I did a few years ago. Yes, Dipper has a Nyarf gun. Yes, Wendy has a Super Soaker. Yes, Soos is armed with his laser-tag gear. Honestly, aside from Mabel's grappling hook, Fiddleford is probably the one with the most actual-weapon-like thing in the group. (But he left off the laser cannons.)

I can think of a few things I wish I'd added, and I already see a mistake, but... gotta get this posted.
