Castiel blinked, standing there silently as she spoke. He didn’t get a single word he was saying, something about Rarity and the hair being died? He decided to forget most of it, figuring knowing about how a friend of a stranger died her hair wouldn’t be important to know. He nearly stepped back as he was suddenly poked in the chest. “Yes, I am new… A…a welcome party?” he said slowly.

"Yup! If you see her, will you pretty-please with sugar on top tell her that her friend Pinkie is looking for her, because Fluttershy needs help with her pet bunny rabbit. Her name's Rainbow Dash! And I'm Pinkie Pie! Who're you?"

“I’m afraid I haven’t, sorry,” he responded. “Is she a friend of yours?”

Pinkie smiled at the question. "She dyed it! She says it's because her natural hair colour makes her look stupid - but I don't think it does, but she won't listen to me. But Rarity helps her dye it all the time, I think she goes over there every week to- Wait! Hold on just one second, mister." She narrowed her eyes at the man and prodded him in the chest. "I haven't seen you around before! Are you new? Can I throw you a welcome party?"

Castiel thought for a moment, before shaking his head. “No, I have not seen anyone like that.” he answered. “She has…rainbow hair?” he asked before he could stop himself.
