Anyway I love this sunny apartment with its windows open 24/7 to admit the sounds of drunk people stumbling home at night I love my roommates track star cat I love complaining about the heat and the hills I love the big blue bus I love my coworkers who are trivia fiends and mad scientists and support my aux hogging tendencies I love my friends and the activities we do as excuses to hang out and talk about the same things over and over. I love the garbage truck that wakes me up at 6am every wednesday I love LA now that I'm leaving it

Hi logging back in to say that I have FAILED my summer mission of reading for fun again. BADLY. Anyway I picked up a book for the first time all summer and it was beautiful world where are you by sally rooney and I did enjoy normal people but this one is so far not good... just super boring and everything I hate about litfic... idk if this is a valid response or just my illiteracy and microscopic attention span talking though 😶
