OG Mikey isn’t a fan of any games you play because it steals your attention. He wants your eyes on him. He wants your hands touching him, not that controller or keyboard.

I hope you have enough money saved back because this man will throw a silent tantrum and break all your electronics if you don’t give him enough attention and affection.

It’s best to play while he’s napping in your lap or passed out in your bed. Even then he will find you and demand something from you. Cuddles. Food. “Help” with cleaning any recent wounds. Michael is very needy and selfish when it comes to you. He craves praise and attention from you daily.

After you explain playing games help you relax after a long day he slowly starts to accept it. He won’t break anything and he won’t drag you away from it. Instead, he gets comfortable next to you or places his head on your lap. He may touch you to keep himself grounded mentally. Don’t worry, it’s not a sexual touch. He’s only trying to endure the fact that you can love something that isn’t him.

If you have snacks out while you game they will be gone faster than you can yell at him for eating them all.. ESPECIALLY if it’s anything sweet. Michael is horrible at sharing junk food.

Peepaw is unbothered and doesn’t care in the slightest if you want to be lazy on the couch and play for a few hours. You’re at home where he can keep tabs on you. You’re safe and having fun. That’s all he cares about in the end.

Sometimes he does get a little jealous if you play it several days in a row. The longer you play without checking on his moods the more angry he gets. You’re supposed to keep him as your main priority as you are his number one priority.

After you explain it helps your moods he won’t be as mad. Moody, but not angry. To keep this sour old man happy let him hold you in his lap while you play.

If you get frustrated he may smack the controller or keyboard away from you in attempt to comfort you. It upset you so he got rid of it.. it’s what he does best, okay? Give him a break.

RZ Michael is the most interested. He actually pays attention if the game is story driven, he remembers characters and even has a mental list of the ones he likes and dislikes.

Eventually he’d like to try playing after watching you for a few days. He memorizes what buttons needs to be pressed and whatever else you do. He picks up your habits and plays exactly the way you do. Any other way, even his own, feels off to him.

Michael either puts all his focus on the screen or your face. It’s 50/50, to be honest. And once his gaze is on something it takes a while for him to pull himself away. Softly call out to him and he will immediately respond. It’s cute how eager Michael can be to hear what you have to say.

Praise him!!!! For the love of GOD PLEASE PRASIE HIM. He’s doing AMAZING in the game and he needs to hear that from you. It’ll melt his heart.

Michael turns to look at you every time he gets a headshot, finishes a puzzle in the game, etc. Whatever he did, he did it right, and he expects to hear your voice encouraging him.
