ROTJ: This facility orbits the planet of Coruscant. I haven’t found any definitive information about this painting, but I tend to believe the theory that this is a shipyard, where starships are built and repaired. I mean, if you have a huge starship that needs repairs, you’re not going to land it ON the planet surface, right? (According to the Star Wars Twitter account, this was a super-futuristic concept for Cloud City.)
