valentine and vic splitting up for a couple of days to have separate vacation adventures: vic has a fantastic time staying in capsule hotels, checking out all the restaurants she wanted to visit, vintage shopping, losing so much money on crane games, etc; val is a fucking mess who practically cries himself to sleep every night and spends as much time as possible drinking and smoking and eating at izakayas because he misses his little princess THAT much. pathetic.
