Subaru and it’s not even close. Subaru canonically has several other characters having developed crushes on him — female AND male. This ranges from the obvious picks like Emilia/Rem/Petra to the heavily implied ones like Otto/Julius/Crusch to random background characters (“You’re too good with men.” —Taritta). Meanwhile, Julius, Reinhard, and Ferris all have so little game that it’s practically a race to the bottom.

(The sole exception is Subaru, who seems to have the shoujo filter on whenever he looks at Ferris, Reinhard, and ESPECIALLY Julius.)
