Day 2 is done! I kept really busy at school today and that’s been helping a lot. As I get busier I may not post every day but I want to try to keep track of my progress, and share it even though not many people follow me.

Well today was successful, but barely. I ended up seeing myself in a group photo and it’s killed my appetite for probably the next few days…thinking about fasting for a day or two while at school even though the diet doesn’t call for it just bc I look so huge and disgusting. Definitely ready to commit to this diet again and possibly even a third time.

Doing his challenge again since I lost over 11 lbs last time! I also started school today so it makes eating less a lot easier overall. I’m hoping to lose closer to 13 lbs this time since I’ll be moving around at school quite a bit as well.

So I wasn’t able to be on here for quite a while unfortunately but I’m back and wanted to say I completed my challenge and lost 11.2lbs!! Unfortunately I have been kind of lenient on my calorie limits because I’m stressed about starting school and gained 2.8lbs back. But since this diet was so helpful I’m gonna do it again and track my progress again as well. This is by far my favorite challenge I’ve tried!

Officially 1 week down! Posting yesterday’s and today’s together since I couldn’t post yesterday. I was in the hospital basically all day and night super sick, and ended up leaving without getting to even see the doctor after 13 hours. At least it made it easy to stay within my calorie goals. I still feel kinda crummy though.

My boyfriend bought stuff for me to make us butter chicken for dinner tomorrow and I’m just shfjflglahhsjfkfkdj I don’t mind cooking for him but I know he’ll expect me to eat it too since I love curry but there’s so many calories in this dish. I’ve planned it out where it’ll stay in my calorie allowance for the day but it’s gonna be so hard not to binge ugh.
