Hi ya'll!
Been so long since my last post! Guess what, I have good news! I had my 3rd baby last January! I know, it is so sudden! When my 2nd baby was 10 months old, I missed my period, but I didn't check right away because we were on vacation then. A month had passed and still no sign of my period, so I decided to check, and yep! I got two lines and was 2 months pregnant. So, we welcomed my 3rd baby, baby boy #2 into the world last January 2013. He is in his 4rth month now. It's funny coz my last post was when J was in his 4rth month too. Talk about Quicksilver and The Flash, Hahaha!  Well, that's life! I'm enjoying every minute of mommyhood! Feeling blessed coz, none of them are sick! I'm inlove with 2  new vitamins, by the way, and it is, tada! Scott's emulsion and Scott's pastilles! The former , is a D vitamin with Cod Liver Oil, and it's making my kids healthy! The latter, is Vitamin C and it's chewable! My kids love it! Glad I found them at the drugstore! I must say, they're Heaven Sent! Thank You God! My kids didn't get sick for 2 months now. I also give them lotsa sunlight at 7 and 8 in the morning for more vitamin D! Studies say that it will help boost their immune system. So yeah, whatever's  good for them, I just showered it to them! Happy!

Relieved!!!
Sigh...been so long since my last post! I was really busy with my kids, most especially Joaquin who just had E. Histolytica in his system. E. Histolytica is one of the worst causes of diarrhea! It's a parasite and it thrives in moist areas. I think my little boy got it from his teether that had been sitting alone for a very long time, in its plastic container, inside the fridge. It was really my fault, I didn't rinse it before I gave it to him. No amount of excuse, really... I was negligent, thought that there's no need to rinse it coz it's inside a clean container. I should've followed my gutt instinct. I hate myself for such a wrong decision! AARggh!
E. histolytica can only disappear with antibiotics. Sad that I had to give my "boo" one. He's okay now, thank God! I'll be extra careful this time around.
Doc's advised me to go to an ENT to have my "boo's" hearing checked. He had so much antibiotics already. The first he had one was just right after he was born and that's because of Sepsis, the second one was on his 1st month for Pneumonia, and just very recently because of diarrhea... Even though I know he's hearing is still okay, I have to really be sure that it is, a 100%!
I'll keep you guy's posted!

Tummy Trouble 3
6th! Had another stool exam for my son this afternoon! Since the lab will be finished with it in 4 hours, I'll just get the results tomorrow.
Happy that my son is happier today and he is no longer irritable. Perhaps it's because of Erceflora. Thank God for Erceflora! This wonder drug is obviously doing well in fixing my son's "tummy trouble"! He pooped less frequently the whole day and I hope that that continues on til' he has fully recovered from it! Calmoseptine is also doing a good job in drying up my son's rash, it's affordable and yet very effective!
Praying some more! Thank you God for answering my prayers, bit by bit! Hope to see some positive results from the lab later! :D

Tummy Trouble 2
Fifth! Oh, my! It's my son's 5th day of LBM and it's driving me cuh-razy! There appears to be some improvements tho, but I hope my eyes are not playing tricks on me! Even though he still poops every after feeding or sometimes during feeding, I observed that it's no longer as frequent as before. However, the texture is quite questionable because it's liquid and sometimes dark green in color (Excuse me, for describing the "eweness" of it all!), and his spit-up smells like vomit and I wonder if that's because of the Grape flavored Glucolyte that he's been drinking.
I gave him 2 vials of Erceflora today, and the good news is, he doesn't seem to poop in his sleep, so I guess Erceflora is working. His rash looks better today than yesterday, so...Calmoseptine is, I think, is working too. My son also sleeps better today and he cries only when hungry and sleepy, unlike yesterday and the previous days, he cries spontaneously and very loudly too, it almost sounds like he's complaining about something and it's frustrating him so much because Mommy doesn't seem to figure what it was!
How I really hope things will be better tomorrow. (Sighs)
Dear God, waiting tires me a lot, but I know "this too will pass", You are the Greatest Physician after all and I trust in your power to heal my boy, in Your time --I hope it will be now tho :D Thank you!
Later, Guys!

Tummy Trouble 1
This is my 4 month old son's 5th day of LBM and I just can't wait for it to end soon. Actually, I really want it to end now! The frequency of the poop resulted to some painful rash "down under" and have been the cause of his constant crying.
I've sent an SMS to his Pediatrician on his first day and she prescribed PROTEXIN Restore to him. I gave it to him once a day for the next couple of days, but nothing seems to change. I even had his stool examined on the 2nd day, relieved that it turned out negative. However, his condition still alarms me. I've observed that he poops every after feeding time, thus irritating his rashes even more.
So, we went to his Pediatrician this noon and she advised me to have his milk changed. He's been taking NAN HW since the day he was born and told his Pediatrician about it. I felt a little worried that we're changing. He doesn't seem to have a problem with that milk, until now. Doc told me that my son might have gotten diarrhea and have developed lactose intolerance towards his milk. So, from NAN HW we are now shifting to Similic HW Plus, which is lactose free and is said to be good for my baby.
She also prescribed Glucolyte powder to be diluted in 100 ml of water and should be drank by him ones a day for 7 days. She also wants him to drink 5ml of Imunzinc every day to strengthen his immune system and Erceflora, twice a day for 10 days. For his prickly rash she advised Calmoseptin every after diaper change. I have already started feeding him Similac, and he is still pooping, but I hope he'll feel much better tomorrow once he takes his first vial of Erceflora. (Sigh.) I really hope I could start with Erceflora today, but I've already given him Protexin earlier, Doc said that my baby should start drinking it tomorrow.
Praying for healing for my son.
I'll keep you posted!
