[After recomposing herself, she hops off the side of the chair, grabbing her clipboard and flipping a couple pages before writing very quickly]

[She looks a bit worried that he's not moving his arms yet. She just checked them, had something gone wrong when disconnecting him from the machine...? She frowns, blowing on her party horn in thought]

Just a couple hours😁, not too bad🥳. Why don't you🤔 move those puppies🦾 for me, big guy📺?

[She's trying to sound chipper--she doesn't want to worry Tenna after all--but she's mentally going over her checklist to try to remember anything she could've done wrong]

[She chuckled as she opened the door for him]

[She tsks softly, as if a noise could wake the TV. She traces the damaged wires, carefully unplugging them and inspecting the prongs. She hadn't expected to need a lot of specific parts, but these arms are worse than she thought. It's a wonder he could even grab anything! She didn't know things could still function with this much rust. Were the repairs done in a lake??

Returning to her tune, she makes a note of which pieces will need to be replaced, sending a message to her friend in the warehouse. Shouldn't take him longer than half an hour. She begins peeling the unsavable scrap off the arm, cleaning the pieces that could stay. Most of the screw are stripped to hell and back, but she has plenty of screws in her toolbox. Now, figuring out where the wires are supposed to go...

Half an hour later, her contact shows up with the pieces she needs so she can get serious. The room is loud now as she hammers dents out of the old pieces and drills holes in the new ones.

An hour later still, and she's starting the process of putting the arms back on. With a neatly labeled graph of what wires go where, she replaces a couple wires held together with electric tape and hope and plugs everything where it's supposed to go. She checks the electric impulses on the screen, gauging the change in required power and manually moving the arm with some buttons on the machine. While a little finicky because it's not screwed back in yet, everything seems to be in order. She grins, doing a small cheer circle in celebration, before returning to the drill to secure the arm.

Yet another hour passes before both arms are back on. She tests and cheers again, then begins packing up the tools spread around the floor, the chair, even Tenna's legs. She seems to be missing an Allen wrench, but she has plenty. It's probably under a counter or something. She has no reason to believe it's resting on Tenna's head.

She packs everything up, shoved into cabinets and drawers, then pulls out two party hats, a party horn, and a confetti popper. She puts one hat on herself and one directly atop the Allen wrench somehow without noticing it.

One final inspection and she presses the buttons to wake Tenna up.]

[She presses the button, then waves her hand in front of his black screen and knocks on the side of his head a couple times to make sure he's out.]

Alrighty😄! Let's get to work😤!

[Monitoring the stats on the screen, she carefully unscrews his arms from their sockets. She sets them on the chair's armrest so the connected wires don't have to come undplugged if not necessary. She takes note of the size of the stripped screw, grabbing some new ones for when she puts them back on. While away, she also grabs a couple disinfectant wipes, wiping down the arms and the now-exposed wires. She begins humming a tune as she works.]

[She grabs a couple wires, rolling a large and complicated machine out from a storage closet against the wall. She shows Tenna the screen, currently a few empty graphs and a solid line with lots of 0s.]

So I'm gonna hook you up🔌 to this, and then🤔 it's up to you☝️ if you want me to put you in sleep😴 mode while I remove those arms🦾 and see what we're working with😊.
