First and last ever post?

I'm about to rant here, in my first and last post ever (I use this for lurking, kid). Taylor Swift has finally snapped after ten fucking years of being beaten down over stupid shit like her "surprised face" or being "too nice to be genuine" now idk about you but if people constantly slated me for trying to be nice and being grateful, I would write a Dead Sea salt level song too. People be chatting shit about her being petty with the song, as if 'Swish Swish' wasn't petty as fuck, as if slating a then-teenager for accepting awards wasn't petty, as if taking a video of a phone conversation to edit and shame that person wasn't petty, as if getting your legion of lemmings to post snake emoji's on someone's page isn't petty, or name-dropping a feud in EVERY.SINGLE. INTERVIEW to promote your new album isn't petty...nah, mate. Taylor channeled her rage into something productive and got a pretty fucking good end product. And let's talk about the selective feminism going on here. Demi releases 'Sorry Not Sorry' and everyone is living for it, same with 'Swish Swish' and basically any rap diss track ever made, which can we note, Nicki Minaj is a serial offender of doing to tear other women down? Now, Taylor isn't the greatest feminist ever. Doesn't speak up about it often and definitely doesn't come across as intersectional - but can we also not that whenever an entertainer DOES express a political view, they're told to "stick to entertaining". So I don't blame her for not getting on a soap box. Also seen a lot of shit about the video referencing Kim K being robbed? BS, lads. It's a reference to an interview she gave about "crying in her marble bathtub full of pearls". Sorry to piss on the fire you're tryna start there. LWYMMD is a good track. An amazing video. I'm excited to see what she brings to the table with 'Reputation' and if all you can say is "she's being petty" or "she's playing the victim" or any of that other crap, I hope you enjoy the song she wrote about you.
