Barbara is iconic. Elvis watching Jenelle and Barbara is icons watching icons. Elvis did enjoy TV, but then he couldn't get out much or he would be mobbed. The channel can be placed in your Packages folder. It was created and tested on 1.69, but should also work on 1.67.

This mod will conflict with any other TV mod that changes the channels on your television.
