I had seen a Tumblr post earlier explaining why someone headcanoned Jax from TADC as transmasc/a trans man which was mostly about how he tries to act tough and like nothing bothers him in what he perceives to be what other men do and it is also ones of the reasons that he doesn't mind living in the digital world at all because he doesn't need to worry about his body causing him dysphoria anymore and honestly after episode 5 I really can see that. He gets so angry when the others make him wear a maid dress and I think part of it could be that he though that wearing traditionally feminine clothes was all behind him and now he doesn't need to worry about that, but suddenly he did without his consent. I also think that could be the reason why he is so guarded about his backstory and maybe in a future episode him and Zooble could bond over shared dysphoria
