gabriella pushed him playfully and shook her head. âyou know for a fact i would never let you drop out.â she chuckled, academics were where gabriella shined, and she never wouldâve let him leave school for her, they wouldâve had to find another way⌠though none of that mattered now. âi feel like vlogging is the thing now⌠though i really donât see the point of it.â
â yeah, yeah. i know you wouldnât, â TROY let out a laugh. they both know heâd do a lot for her, but heâd rarely do anything to potentially ruin his or their future. ( i mean, gabrielle couldnât date someone uneducated, right? right? ) â are you saying you watch my vlog? â he feigned being insulted. â you donât see the point? of sharing my story? âÂ

it doesnât even occur to donna that her outburst might be misheardâat least not until sophie warning reaches her ear. she picks her head up, meeting her daughter with not terror, pain, or negativity of any kind. just excitement. whoops. â itâs a box of your baby stuff. â she shifts her position, sitting cross legged on the floor. the smile on her face grows as she picks up the tiniest little onesie, holding it up for sophie to see. â sofia made this for you once she found out you were on the way, â she explains, tears beginning to swell in her eyes. â i.. i donât know where it came from ! i didnât bring it in, it was just.. leftover from the other stuff. â donna gently rummages through a bunch of pacifiers, tiny socks, hand me down raddles, and everything else a mother to be would rack up while pregnant. she pulls out a strange, knitted.. thing, and heart happy laughter leaves her lips. â and thenâmy first attempt at making one. â
SOPHIE tilts her head as she watches her mother. she recognizes most of the items, but itâs been a long time. she doesnât think sheâs seen the box or it contents since kalokairi. she, too, is a bit surprised. however, she always loves to reminiscence, especially with her mother.
â you remember all this stuff? â she asks as joins her mother on the floor. â well, i guess the bella donna brought over a lot of stuff. stuff even i overlooked, â she jokes as she takes onesie. she runs her fingers over the material, impressed that the workmanship survived all the years. she can hear donna still digging through the box, but sophie only looks up when she notices her mother holding something else.
â wow, â she canât hold back her laughter. â luckily, times have changed. they have videos on how to make those now. â she puts sophiaâs onesie back on top of the box and peers into it as she continues. â first attempt? where are the others? â

allison nods, swallowing thickly. she didnât think about her mother that often living here, but occasionally, the odd comment will spark something, a memory. âdo you still bake today? whatâs your favourite kind of cake to make, if you had to pick one,â
â i do! â JULIA answer cheerfully. not having a very active social life left her a lot of time to bake all sorts of goodies. â now thatâs a tough question, but iâd have to say... chocolate. you know, just a bit of espresso makes it go a long way. â

raven just watched her, there was some type of familiarity about this girl but she didnât know her, and she didnât really want to know her either. âiâm sure we do⌠if you say so.â
TARA tilted her head. â youâre just gonna take my word? â it was clear from her tone alone how confused she was. â wow, uh, â she half laughed to herself. sheâd reintroduce herself if she wasnât afraid of sparking something. â you still wear that cape of yours? â

since the weather seemed to have cooled down a bit, TROY had decided to go out for a run. his headphones were blasting his go-to workout playlist, and he was in his own little world. he thought he could zone out, since he knew his usual running path so well, but he was wrong. gotta watch out for other bystanders, golden boy.
â oh my god. iâm so sorry, miss, â he apologized profusely as he took off his earbuds. â totally my bad. you were just busy. i shouldâve known better. i gotta look out to where iâm running, yâknow? â he said with a smile. â good thing i swerved a bit, huh? hate to have knocked you over. â
Dorothy decided to go for a walk, the idea was to get a few photos of the nature which was what she always preferred to photograph. There was just something so captivating about it, that she couldnât describe. Although, the main reason was because she wanted to find Ruby. If she couldnât find her girlfriend, she hoped that at least she would be able to find a familiar face. Dorothy stopped to take a photo of some trees when she noticed someone almost bumping into her. âOh Iâm sorry! That was my fault, shouldnât have stopped like that.â

TROY knows heâs running behind. his trip to the mall was only to buy new basketball shorts, but he just had to stop for a pretzel. and then he couldnât decided if he wanted savory or sweet more, and long story short: when was troy bolton ever not a mess? heâs so busy trying to rush to catch his bus and texting a much too fast paced group text before that he nearly slams into the person in front of him.Â
â oh, no, iâm sorry, â he laughs as he finally looks up. â if anything, you saved that door. i might have just rushed right into it instead of you. sorry... again. â he awkwardly ran his hand through his hair as he looks outside. he was hoping to get a shower in before rehearsal, but this is not what he meant. â well, shit. looks like i may want to wait this out... you think itâs gonna last long? â
the second her hand touches the handle, the skies open up, and the neighborhood is hit with the heaviest downpour itâs ever seen. or at least.. thatâs how it seems. â what theâ â it stops hope dead in her tracks, causing a small collision with a fellow customer behind her. her eyebrows knit together as she looks out into the rain, and once the lightning comes, itâs official: sheâs not going anywhere. thereâs no way sheâs ruining her sketchbook. â anyone order armageddon ? â hope sighs under her breath, glancing over her shoulder. she shoots an apologetic look, only then realizing that she had been bumped into. â my badâi shouldâve used break lights. â
