I don't think there's a single player in Dallas that respects their head coach

I LOVE that they've kept with the Kate Martin moment for draftees that are there supporting their teammates!

WNBA Draft day!!!! Aside from Paige being #1 overall I have no clue what's going to happen but Indo have some thoughts:
- 7 teams have first round picks. I think this will cause teams to pick differently than if they just had one pick in the first round.
- This draft class is also a lot weaker than initially expected with big talent opting to stay in college another year.
- Dallas has the first and last picks in the first round, and made some good moves in the off season. I think their #12 pick will really have to battle for a roster spot. Maddy Siegrist was the MVP in the AU season, so I think she's primed to have a breakout season. Dallas would be fools to not give her minutes. But it's also on brand for them to neglect great players.
- Dominique Malonga from France is projected by many to be the #2 overall pick. She is just 19 years old, and Seattle has a good track record with developing young talent from abroad.
- The team that I'm most interested in is the Golden State Valkyries. This is their first draft as an organization and their draftees will be the foundation for their franchise.
