john logan has a rough time with father’s day due to his relationship with his dad growing up — he doesn’t necessarily hate the holiday, but he also doesn’t celebrate it. even when his dad gets the help and they start to have more of a relationship with one another : it’s still slightly severed.

however, when he has his family — his first father’s day it’s an emotional one.
