"Kinks" are sexual activities practiced by a minority of people. Voyeurism and exhibitionism; sex in public places; spanking. These are activities that we culturally associate with sex, but are not part of cultural norms. "Fetishes" are non-sexual stimuli that one finds arousing. Feet, hair, large amounts of food, defecating, inflating and popping balloons. These are things that we culturally don't associate with sex, but some individuals do. I'm into both and am completely open about it.
