“We sent another creation out to investigate- But we used simpler construction this time to avoid a waste of materials. The machine came back unfixable like the rest, BUT we did recover a piece of evidence from the dented part of its body. It appears to be some kind of canine tooth, or by its size, more likely a fang. We’re only using pliers and other tools to hold it in case it has the same corrosive substance on it that all the damage to our robots has had. Green’s out running some errands at the moment, so I’m going to find a secure place to put it until he can run a better analysis.”

“We tried sending another creation to locate and study that trio of chromatic hybrids- However, each one we send has been greatly damaged by some unknown person or creature.. The main damage seems to be in the form of large dents covered in a strange corrosive liquid. It even ate through some of my thickest containers- so I put a sample into a small obsidian box until I can do further studies on it. Luckily, none of the damaged creations were StarBot.”

“I managed to get the device back from Green; He’s still busy making me a new wooden leg. But as long as I have to sit down, I’ve had StarBot assist me in finding more information about those chromatic hybrids.”

“Blue’s out of commission for today- there was a sliiiight tiny itsy bitsy little mishap in the lab today involving his leg— B-but at least it was the wooden one! It’s an easy fix as long as I don’t get distracted. Im making him stay down and rest until I can get things back to normal, so I’ve sent StarBot to help him with whatever he needs.”

Hm, a blue Steve being a professor? Pretty interesting good sir! ^^
“Thank you! I typically used to work with portals and such, (I can thank some recessive genes for that-) But over time I’ve grown more fond of mechanics and code. Matter of fact, I put all of the software together for StarBot, and small bits of the interior hardware! But I can’t take much credit for that, since Green designed and created most of StarBot’s internal hardware and all of the external. I like to keep a wide variety of knowledge when it comes to science, so I make sure to branch out when I can.
My partner Professor Green works with the more physical aspects of science; Such as StarBot’s hardware. But he also has a WIDE variety of knowledge concerning the biology of different species. He works with remedies and medical science in his free time.”

“Hello! It seems we’ve finally nailed down the communication aspect of this device.”
“Is this working properly? Professor Green and I have attempted to recreate the social / logging device StarBot brought in for investigation a few months ago. This is attempt #67 at recreating said device with what data StarBot recorded of it, plus whatever Green and I managed to jot down. It seems like we’ve worked out most of the kinks.”
“The only few with access to this device are myself and Professor Green; although StarBot has been granted access in case of emergency. And unlike the original device we discovered, we added an extra feature that will directly translate StarBot’s messages into something other than Binary Code.”
