A small cc fix tutorial

Have you ever used some eyeshadows and thought "Oh cute this would look great with a chunky eyeliner on top" only to find that the eyeliner goes *under* the eyeshadow? Well, guess what you can now fix that!

Get yourself to s3pe and go into the casp tag of your eyeshadows and eyeliners. A normal overlay priority for eyeliner (based on my research) should be:

OverlayPriority: 0x00000082

Whereas the eyeshadow should be:

OverlayPriority: 0x00000064

HOWEVER! If you want to use eyeshadows with the basegame eyeliners you would want to set your eyeshadow priority to something like 0x00000030 which actually worked in my testing. (whoa the base game eyeliners are useful now).

Of course you could also get @potatobuttcheek 's default basegame eyeliner replacements but be aware you will have to change the overlay priority on them to (82).

If you go through your makeup cc and you see an overlay priority for eyeliners and eyeshadows with different values than the above, especially if your eyeshadow has an overlay priority of (82) then that eyeshadow will go on top of your eyeliner (no bueno). Here's how to fix it!

In this example the eyeliner has a value of 46 so it'll show up under the eyeshadow. Click on the Casp you want to change. Click Grid below which will bring up a window.

Simply change the values on the Overlay Priority then click Commit. That's it! Save your package (merged package in my case) and voilà!

Here's a picture of Ariana (by @cozygirlsimmer) with a Praline eyeshadow that was always overriding eyeliners and the after using a Gosik eyeliner on top that was always buried behind eyeshadows.

Here is an eyeshadow (by @sehmulated) which has an overlay priority of 0x0000005A (same as blush) that I manually changed to 0x00000030 for testing with a base game eyeliner.

Lunara island world

Lunara Island is a hidden gem in the heart of the turquoise ocean, where mornings greet travelers with golden sunrises and nights glow under the soft light of the moon. Here, luxurious resorts stretch along white sandy beaches and crystal lagoons, where time itself seems to slow down. The lively local market fills the air with the scent of spices, fresh fruit, and seafood delicacies, while the oceanarium museum reveals the secrets of the deep.

For adventure seekers, Lunara opens the doors to its underwater worlds — diving zones filled with coral gardens and vibrant schools of fish. Yet the island’s most mysterious treasure lies at the foot of a volcano: a resort built near an ancient tomb said to guard hidden riches and the legends of a forgotten civilization. Lunara blends relaxation with the magic of discovery, turning every journey into a living fairytale.

The world of Lunara Island consists of 17 public areas and 12 residential areas. There is an oceanarium museum, a local disco bar, a wedding venue, and three resorts, one of which has an ancient tomb with quests and traps that will lead to the search for the treasures of the ancient island volcano Katara. There is also a local market, a town square, a central beach, and three diving areas.

Recommendations for optimising the world. I advise that you use with this world mods Nraas:Master controller,nraas Overwatch,nraas Register,nraas Traffic.Optimise the world with these mods: remove unnecessary transport generated by the game of stray animals.NRaas mods are packed in the archive "Lunara island CC"

Installation:Worlds file -(Lunara Island World) install on the path : (x86) Program Files > The Sims 3 > GameData > Shared > NonPackaged > Worlds .That is, the world file is placed in the root folder of the game. The archive with the folder "Lunara Island СС" unpack and distribute in those folders that are specified there.

Known problems: when you first load the world you will probably not see the icons of the plots when you try to settle the first character, but when you put the mouse over the residential plots they remain clickable and the character is quietly settled.Also all icons are functional in the function "change the world".After settling everything will be normal and the icons of all plots visible, and will no longer disappear.Why this bug occurs I tried for a long time to figure out even with the help of A.I., but never found a solution, so I apologise for this temporary inconvenience as soon as you load the world.

Default Replacement Clothes: Men's Untucked Long Sleeve Button Down Shirt [Teens & Adults]

I've replaced this base game shirt with something more dressed up. It's a shirt from the EA store's "Date Night" set.

The presets, channels and categories remain the same.

You should install both files in the Overrides folder, not just one, because the age groups share textures.

Sims 3 New World: Forksvana (Twilight inspired)

NEW UPDATE! Forksvana is a lively coastal world, partly inspired by Twilight. Families live in quiet lanes, children play in the parks, and the town feels warm and familiar. Yet beyond its everyday charm, Forksvana carries a veil of mystery — dense forests whisper forgotten stories, fog drifts in from the sea, and hidden places wait to be explored.

This world is designed for family play and storytelling, with a balance of realism and atmosphere. There are family houses, smaller couple’s cottages, parks, and dive spots such as the Moonfin Depths, where sharks — and perhaps even mermaids — appear. As a special highlight, you will also find Bella Swan’s house from Twilight recreated as a standalone lot.

Forksvana offers a mix of everyday life and mystical secrets — perfect for long saves and immersive gameplay.

Forksvana is a combination of ‘forks’ and ‘Nirvana :D

Restaurant Mod WIP

I've been thinking of making this mod for a long time now.

The business as usual oven is alright, but it's lacking some of the things that I really want in a restaurant. So, in true Phoebe style - I've made my take on it!

Of course, this is heavily inspired by Ani's Business as Unusual Oven, Sims 2 OFB, and Sims 4 Dine Out!

I wanted to expand the flexibility of working at a restaurant so there are new roles, including being a chef, a waiter, a greeter, and a bartender.

Bartender was a last minute addition but I really wanted a way for active sims to moonlight at bars without me having to direct them. Technically, this should mean you could run a bar instead of a restaurant too...

Dining out with groups, or with a date, is made easier as you can be auto-seated at an appropriate table.

Sims won't autonomously make themselves broke by trying to order food that they can't afford.

And there is slightly more depth to if a sim enjoys their dining experience and the benefits of that (though this only really involves tipping rn so is pretty surface level).

Business management is almost the same as in my Boutique mod however I've handled bosses working much better. Your sim can own multiple restaurants without actually working there as an employee - you can also set the owner as an employee if you DO want them to work.

You can set shifts, days off, work outfits, wages, all that normal stuff.

As much as I wanted to revamp a bunch of animations too, if it ain't broke...

Anyway, as you can see from the mish-mash of pictures, as few as they are, I've started testing this in my main world which means unless I have another last minute spark of inspiration, we should be pretty close to the mod being released!
