Eco-Friendly House

Here's my submission on Aveline Shell Challenge 4. I had so much fun and stress during the time I built this. I wanted to make an eco-friendly themed house because in a week we'll be getting new expansion pack called Eco Lifestyle. I'm so excited for that pack!

I build this cabin in a 20x15 lot in Selvadorada. This lot classified as a rental lot, but if you want to make this as a residential lot, of course you could. You just have to change the lot type whenever you place this lot.

Balinese Villa

I built this tropical Balinese Villa in Brindleton Bay. I uploaded it to the gallery as a residential, not a rental lot. But of course you can place this lot in your destination world (Selvadorada / Granite Falls) and change the lot type to rental. A typical villa in Bali mostly have that honeymoon vibes. So, I hope this built fit that vibes.

Tiny Grandparents House

This house is a tiny residential made for 2 sims max and I built this in a lot in Willow Creek.  I thought the households are grandparents / elder. The Grandpa was a writer and right now they live in their new tiny home. The Grandma is a senior cook and she loves to grill. Thus, they have such a huge backyard :D

Girls Roommates Apartment

I built this roommates apartment in 18 Culpepper House - San Myshuno. I thought at first this would be the kind of apartment for two roommates - probably both of them are girls - whose currently are students in either Britchester University and Foxbury Institute. In my mind, one of them is a youtuber so i put the filming station in her bedroom, and the other one is a fine art student in Britchester University.

Housing Neighborhood

I built this *typical* Indonesian housing neighborhood in Del Sol Valley, but before I uploaded this to the gallery I moved it to a 50x50 lot in Willow Creek. It has 8 houses, 2 of them are *slightly* smaller. Every house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You can live in one house and rent the rest to roommates 😛
