Something something Mei Hatsume accidentally creating a device that causes spontaneous pregnancies... And a bunch of other heroines start over-using it on themselves.

It was just a side project... but then she realized more and more pros were stopping by her lab and then the project just got bigger and bigger.

She went through alot of testing and trial phases with alot of different designs and processes. The "old fashioned way" was very popular but didnt produce results fast enough.

She also tried a more indirect form with a ray gun but it was way too easy to abuse and go wild with. (The wild wild pussy cats are still on maternity leave after the accident)
