on that note like 90% of "mental illnesses" are just trauma and the way to manage it is to take time to yourself to process it in a safe environment and maybe do some drugs about it but capitalism haaates when you have time to yourself or feel safe or do drugs because then you're not forced to generate profits so most people just go around accumulating trauma until they die. we don't need antipsychotics we need rich people lined up and shot.
