Back from hiatus

I haven't posted anything in weeks because of finals and other things, but now that school is over I have more time to spend on tumblr. I'm currently working on two new plushies which should be done soon, but for now have a picture of Karkat sitting on a lamppost.

Karkat is actually one of shortest plushies that I've made so far, and I don't think that he's too happy about that.

John and Jade have plenty of time to explore the Prospitian ship that they are on.

I finally made his glasses. They turned out pretty simple though.

Since the other picture of this Sollux plushy has gotten quite a few notes, I figured I should post this one as well. The eyes are actually interchangeable, so here is Sollux in Half-Ghost/2D mode.

Here is the other plushy that I have been working on. I'm pretty satisfied with how he turned out, but I still need to make his glasses.

I recently finished making a god tier Jade plushy. Here are the front and back views with the hood up. I'll probably take some more pictures of it with the hood down at some point. I'm almost done with another plushy, so soon I will also be posting pictures of that too.

Constuck: The Photo Shoot

It's already been over a month since Naka-Kon, but I've finally gotten around to sorting through all the photos that I took at the Homestuck photo shoot. Here are some of the shots that actually turned out okay.

Constuck: Intermission

I still haven't gotten around to sorting through all of the photos that I took at the Naka-Kon Homestuck photoshoot, so here are some pictures of my plushies that I took while waiting for the Constuck panel to begin.

 John decided to have some fun with an alpaca that I got from the vendor room.

 Nepeta joined in on the fun.

 Such a fluffy alpaca.

 Karkat was being crabby and refused to play with the alpaca. Maybe he was annoyed with his Sufferer cosplay? Although Karkat's bad mood might have had more to do with the fact that Nepeta was cosplaying the Disciple, and kept mentioning the First Ship.

Constuck: Day 1

Today was the first day of Naka-Kon. I went as a random Hero of Heart and brought John, Karkat, and Nepeta with me. Karkat and Nepeta had their cosplay debut today with their Sufferer and Disciple costumes.

I also met lots of awesome Homestuck cosplayers while exploring the con.

These are part of an on-going project of mine which I call "Plushstuck." Karkat is the only plushy that has more than one set of clothes right now. The others will get more clothes at some point.

This was one of the first plushies that I made without using a pre-made pattern.
