December 14, 2017, We are obeserving them on how they communicate in people and also on how they give information in the right way. We required them to sign in in a log book before filling up the police clearance or oplan visa form. (December 18, 2017), We learned from sir Sugar on how to point right direction to people where they should go first after they finish filling up the police clearance or oplan visa. We also helped them in putting the goods in the van for their upcoming feeding program tomorrow. (December 19, 2017) Few People came to get police clearance or oplan visa because of heavy rain. We just did some paper works in the admin office.

We form formation at exactly 1 pm for our attendance. We count and after that, we log in at the logbook. Col. Bautista called us to the conference room at Monday. Our topic is all about arrest. We are taught how they arrest a person. They demonstrate the procedure that they are doing when arresting a person. We also practice the procedure that was demonstrated because we will be graded by Colonel Bautista. We form formation at exactly 5pm for our log out. It was tuesday and Colonel Bautista said that we will be having out lecture about Arnis and self defense. The policemen taught us hot to defend ourselves in times of trouble. The lecture was held at the conference room at the 2nd floor of the PNP Cauayan building. After the lecture we form formation at the conference room and count ourselves. After counting, we log out at exactly 5pm.

It was Thursday and we are excited because next week we will be move to the other office next week. Here comes monday, PO2 Buya give lecture at the 2nd floor conference room. As usual, we introduce ourselves to each other. Ms. Buya gave some background about their job as an intel of a police. They don’t usually wear their uniform which sounds weird because they are police but we discovered that they don’t usually wear their uniform to get informations to the respondent in a way that the respondents are not aware that they are being investigated. When it was tuesday on the 28th day of November year 2017, SPO3 Ryan Divina give lecture at the conference room about their job in investigation. He give us knowledge about their job in investigation office such as securing the crime scene, steps in getting evidences and many other things. He also advice those minor who uses motorcycles to be with professional when driving. And now here it comes, the rotation of assigned post. When Mrs. Quibral asked who wants to go to the admin office, we raised our hands quick because we like the atmosphere there. In general, we observed policemen or policewoman are also a great speaker to the public. The words that they used are just simple so everybody can relate to what they are using. They even use mother tounge such as ilokano and tagalog when lecturing which makes them effective in speaking. It's Wednesday,we just had moral enhancement by listening to the word of the Lord.

NCESPO SPO4 Jonathan Asirit assigned us to the Investigation Office on the 21st day of November Year 2017. We meet policemen named Mr. Gamit, Mr Divina and Mr Gumby etc. We observe many issues in the community such stafa of a carpenter, fighting of people, car accident and robbery. On the 13th day of November year 2017, NCESPO SPO4 Jonathan Asirit assign us at Admin Office. We meet Ms. Chei Choi. She gave us background about the steps on how they give police clearance and oplan visa to the clients. I am commanded to encode information and datas together with Emmanuel Ruga. Edlizer Ko and I was help Ms Chaye Choi in using the desktop when client are getting police clearance and oplan visa. Joselito Estavillo observed at the office Furthermore, they give us knowledge about their role in the PNP. Equally important, we observe the routine of policemen in the office. Edlizer D.
