Finally got around to colorize Chief on Procreate. He honestly looks so cool in full color. I'm also pretty proud of figuring out how to properly do plaid for the inside of the pockets.

Oh yeah, there's now a bit of lore that he has going on that I can share. Chief, as a teen, used to go and investigate haunted locations like he's a paranormal investigator, which obviously would get him into a bit of trouble. Eventually, he would grow up to become a spiritualist, obtaining the appearance of his spirit animal, a beagle dog. Where did he get this kind of ability, you may ask? Well, he borrowed some aspects from Matsunidai's spirit channeling and added it onto what he learned from where he comes from, Plangaeica.

Literally what happened to me, not too long ago. I was designing this new character I made a few days ago, and I was gushing like silly throughout the whole process.

New character alert!

So I made this big boi, Charlie “Chief” Bernard, a few days back in an attempt to design something with both "bad boy" and "pretty boy" in mind.

I’m gonna be honest here, I was pretty much gushing over this one as I was developing Chief. He just turned out so pretty.

I’m still working on coloring him while also brainstorming about his lore, but I do believe I have something for his personality. I was initially thinking about giving him a “large n’ in charge” disposition. But then, as a recommendation from a friend, I chose to expand upon his personality by making him the mom/dad friend of his peers, packing tons of things for whatever need arises.

Other than that, though, that’s pretty much all I got, atm. I’ll be sure to update y’all if anything new comes up.
