The destruction was not enough for them, the lives that were lost were not enough for them, the genocide and famine that ravaged us and our children were not enough for them????

we're getting closer to the day that will mark two years of the genocide in gaza. conditions are worsening. while there is no individual who is unimpacted by the happenings in gaza, many are bearing the brunt of the genocide.
children, old people, pregnant women, and people with disabilities are unable to get enough food to nourish themselves. they don't have access to life saving medicines and the aid they require.
mohammed is a disabled child who was receiving regular physical therapy before the genocide. due to the invasion, his life has been flipped and he is unable to enjoy his childhood or get access to physical therapy.
his parents are fundraising to help him. kindly consider donating to them so that they can help their little boy. the fundraiser is verified.

the bombings have intensified and abdul @abdulrahman-family and his family still haven't met their goal, a goal that is just meant to be means to survive by healing and being fed, because the certainty of that means they can get out and truly be safe.
he still needs surgeries, there's still a famine and what little food is allowed inside is being let to expire by the zionists who dare oversee the checkpoints, we must top the goal abdul set and soon, he stands in ruins and he holds on to hope alone, let us be the certainty that hoping isn't in vain please share and donate to his campaign
€6,229/30,000

"According to the World Food Programme, 100 percent of people in Gaza now suffer acute levels of food insecurity, with all children aged below five years facing acute malnutrition. Famine has been officially announced... Amnesty International calls the Israeli siege of Gaza “collective punishment” and “a war crime”. The Geneva Conventions explicitly prohibit collective punishment and forced starvation. And so, I cannot help but ask: Where is the world in all of this? How can an entire planet watch two million people be starved, bombed, and stripped of dignity, and still do nothing? This silence is heavy; it crushes the spirit as much as hunger does. It tells us that our suffering is acceptable, that our lives can fade away without consequence."
-- Shoug Mukhaimar, Palestinian writer based in Gaza, published 24 Aug 2025.

Nothing in the world feels as unjust as the fate of the Disco Elysium developers.
Imagine you build this in-depth fictional setting over the course of decades with your friends, and then decide to turn it into a game for fun. You end up creating one of the most celebrated and well-written RPGs of all time and become celebrated for reviving a dying genre.
A few months later, you're fired from the company you founded for criticizing the new direction its taking. The company has the copyright not only to the game you made, but literally everything in the world of the game, which spans decades of lore you built for no profit with your group of friends.
Like, this is a nightmare that I didn't even know existed before I ran into it. To have, what is essentially a passion project that branched off from a TTRPG campaign, be pulled from your hands by a corporate entity that only yearns to abuse your creation for maximum profit. I couldn't imagine myself going on creating anything after that.

i will not be ASHAMED to say this I live in a real hell using old clothes instead of sanitary pads for my period the reason for that is my inability to buy sanitary pads for me.
Most of u now know what happened to me, what Israel did to my family, they killed my brother and uncle, and all of my family members were injured very badly... I know that most of you do not have a job, but I appeal to you to help me and my family in raising an amount of money to try to buy medicine, clothes, and sanitary pads

Cardinal Zoppi read the names of every child lost in Gaza. He spent seven hours reading their names, his heart aching with grief. Among those names were children of Sami's relatives who died, hungry, afraid, and deprived of their rights. Today, with the United States recognizing a famine in Gaza, the need is more acute than ever. The children who survived are fighting daily for food, medicine, and their simple right to live. You can contribute to Sami's family with any amount, no matter how small or small, it means a lot. Never forget that there are children who want to live. If your life is beautiful, you eat every day and live freely, remember that there are children and souls whose luck has never been good and they are dying now. Donate, share, do something, please.

Hey y'all -- I'm making this post on behalf of Sami and his family, who are currently suffering in Gaza. You can find their fundraiser here. I think (especially) in a time where people are experiencing so much cruelty, it's our duty as humans living in the world to try to help others the best we can. We've all wished for someone to be there for us in a time of need, and we can be that for other people.
Sami's family has a lot of young children and I ask you to please consider donating if you have the means-- even something small-- or reblogging to circulate their fundraiser. Anything helps! Thank you so, so much for even reading. FUNDRAISER.
