The Amazon Rainforest is under a massive threat. I know you've heard this a million times, but this is different. There is a piece of legislation that will decimate the rights of Indigenous people of Brazil, who have been protecting the rainforest. It's unfathomably bad. It has majority support. And they're voting tomorrow. As reported here, the Bill allows "the Brazilian government to find energy resources, set up military bases, develop strategic roads, and implement commercial agriculture on protected Indigenous tribal lands, without any prior discussion with the affected peoples."

The thing you can do—and I know this sounds overly simple—is sign this petition—and tell your friends to do the same: SIGN HERE.

As reported here, the Bill allows "the Brazilian government to find energy resources, set up military bases, develop strategic roads, and implement commercial agriculture on protected Indigenous tribal lands, without any prior discussion with the affected peoples."

Again, this bill has majority support. You may be wondering, why will a petition signed by people who don't live in Brazil make any difference? Because it will give those opposing it political air cover. It will show the world is with them.

now, a bit of context of her creation:

It was mid season 12 of Apex (Feb/2022). I was really hooked on the lore and I asked myself "what if he has a sister who wants to kill him? haha" ... and it CLICKED, so I run to my PC and made her in the Sims 4 lol and then, I focused more on writing her background, like:

→ her accent (Spanish from Spain, with a mix of Andalusian)

→ her second name (J is for Jesusa aaaah so good, so español)

→ who raised her and Octane (to me, it was Cecilia, the house keeper, because she formed some kind of bond when they were babies and it was Cecilia's first job)

→ some aspects of domestic violence which Octane went through too (her lip scar, for example, explained in ↓)

→ HER QUEST !!! (yes, I wrote a season quest, I'm that dedicated to my OCs)

→ her relationship with Octane (how it was, how it evolves and how it is)

the * and the other ** (idk the names!!! I'm much more intelligent in Spanish !!11!1):

I completely forgot her background because I based more on her way of being, but now that you mention it, it makes more sense because she was so focused on finding Jackson (and she found him) that never got to think about moving on in life, and not just about kids, in general. And if Jackson opens more to Anita, she definitely would be a heart dedicated aunt to her nephews
