polaris, to me, especially in the cut scenes you can see jesse making eye contact with the player, is a kind of subverted representation of the fourth wall. especially when you think about the fact polaris knew about dylan, knew how he felt and knew the reason he sided with the hiss; but chose to do nothing. polaris wanted jesse to reach her full potential.
it makes polaris more of the narrator, more of the outsider purview, the camera, the lens, the scope; we are polaris.

an important note: jesse does not have red hair in my portrayal, but to your character, she will. you should describe her hair as red, all shades, at all times. i will describe her as brunette.
