so it turns out we have a poll blog lol. might as well do something useful with it

*i.e. not just stop thinking about them for a while but be actually surprised they exist when you remember them again

I can't seem to find a term for it, so I'm wondering if there is one to describe an alter rapidly losing front in response to certain situations or events. not that the situation triggers anyone specific to front, just that it usually causes a specific alter to lose front. if not, I'm suggesting crash out for it e.g. "Sarah always crashes out of front when dad shows up"
