claudine  imagines  it:   the  devil,   piercing  the  holy  and  incomprehensible  corpse  with  a  knife  forged  from  sin.  the  ruler,  already  on  their  knees,  ichor  dripping  down  like  their  skin’s  the  most  grandiose  fountain  known  to  man.  ah,  man.  the  accomplice,   is  he  not?  distracting  the  supreme  one’s  many,  many  eyes  with  a  facade  of  goodness until  they’d  let  their  guard  down.   betrayal  is  in  the  nature  of  man,   the  potential  for  good  and  for  evil  setting  the  scene  for  potential  trickery.  that’s  not  evil.  even  god  had  lied  once.  the grandiosity of it all’s  like  the  renaissance  paintings  claudine  had  been  able  to  see  since  she  was  a  child,  but  only  to  a  fault.  none  of  them  had  dared  to  blaspheme.  none  of  them  were  claudine.

she  wants  to  be  the  one to  hold  that  blade,   gripping  it  and  slowly,   painfully,   pushing  it  in  further.  the  blood  on  her  hands  would  be  the  most  cleansing  absolution.   she  won’t  be  the  devil—she’d  be  the  one  to  usurp  him.

and  we  all  know  who  ‘god’  is.

So, for whoever uses my custom dashboard style for Tumblr, the official new dashboard has broken a lot of things. While I’ll be properly updating the dashboard style accordingly, this will require some time on my part. So consider this a temporary fix with some steps! Not every issue is tackled, but the massive ones are addressed! Here we go:

1. Follow/install my old dashboard userstyle (as this will address many fixes in the side-pages outside of the direct dashboard main page, such as posts, activity, drafts, etc.). 2. Click on the little green Stylus ‘S’ in your extension bar and head to ‘Manage’. 3. On the new page that opens, navigate to the left-hand side and click ‘Write new style’. 4. Download this file, as it contains the fixed code.  5. Copy everything from the file you just downloaded and paste it in the big box on the right. 6. Navigate to the bottom where it says ‘Applies to’, do you see the little + symbol there? Click it and it should get replaced with a dropdown menu that says ‘URL’, click it and change it to ‘URLs starting with’ and put http://www.tumblr.com/ to the right of it. Then look all the way to the right of that where you’ll see another + symbol, click it again and in the new bar, put https://www.tumblr.com/ and it should look like this. 7. On the top left-hand side, give the dashboard style a name, hit save and you’re done!

Again, I will be updating the ‘I’ll Be There For You’ dashboard userstyle in time, but I want to take my time as to address every single issue.

Added note: As to hopefully help with the spread of information information, the new dashboard, sadly, no longer supports small text. To my knowledge, you can put it into your posts as you type, but once posted, it will not show up. This is something that XKit themselves have already said they cannot/will not address and instead, is part of the new Tumblr dashboard and if anything, can only be returned by Tumblr as a returned feature. This fix of mine, however, turns all text automatically into small text. It isn’t actually small text, but it’ll appear as if it is. Once my dashboard userstyle is updated, I’ll give you control over its font size.
