The Korean Food
My experiences eating Korean food in the United Arab Emirates are the subject of a blog post I'm composing. I'm going to a Korean restaurant in Abu Dhabi for the first time (Taon Korean Restaurant). In Abu Dhabi, real Korean food is their specialty. The restaurant is housed in the luxurious five-star SOFITEL HOTEL ABU DHABI CORNICHE. I had the opportunity to eat Korean BBQ at this hotel. They had amazing meals and service. A competent chef is in charge of the culinary team at Abu Dhabi Korean Restaurant. The head chef of the Abu Dhabi Korean Restaurant and I had a brief talk. A summary of Korean cuisine and culture is given by the chef.
Ddukbokki (Spicy Rice Cake)
A spicy Korean meal called Ddukbokki (also called Tteokbokki) is composed of cylinder-shaped rice cakes, triangular fish cakes, veggies, and a sweet red chili sauce. Ddeukbokki is well-known for its sweet and sour flavors.

Sundubu-jjigae (Soft Tofu Stew) (Soft Tofu Stew)
Served in a sizable stone bowl, sundubu-jjigae is a hot Korean stew that includes dubu (tofu), vegetables, mushrooms, fish, beef, or pig, as well as gochujang (chili paste). Some ingredients may be changed, substituted, or added to the dish depending on the chef and the setting. A raw egg is typically added on top of the stew and swirled with the broth before serving to improve the flavor, even though there are many variations.
Traditional Korean condiments include kimchi (Fermented Vegetables)
One of the oldest and most significant foods in Korean cuisine is kimchi, a sour and spicy fermented vegetable dish. Although a variety of components can be used, cabbage is the most popular. The unusual flavor, great nutritional value, fiber content, and low-calorie count of kimchi are all reasons why foreigners like it. But because of its cultural importance, Koreans particularly enjoy it. Kimchi is a necessary component of every meal.
Seolleongtang (Ox Bone Soup)
The classic hot Korean soup seolleongtang is made with ox bones, ox flesh, and briskets. Depending on the consumer's preferences, it is frequently seasoned with salt, crushed black pepper, chopped green onions, or minced garlic. The soup is milky white and hazy in appearance, and it is commonly served with rice. Seolleongtang, which is famous for its soft yet chewy texture and rich broth, is served in almost every Korean restaurant in Seoul.
Chicken Fried
Korean fried chicken adds a unique flavor to classic American fast food. In contrast to its American counterparts, the chicken is coated in a sweet and spicy sauce before being double-fried in vegetable oil. For a stronger kick, some restaurants add green pepper to the batter. As a result, the meat inside is extremely moist, while the lightly battered skin is crispy and greasy-free. It's a popular late-night snack, usually served with a glass of beer.

Noodles with Cold Spicy Sauce (Bibim Nengmyun)
Bibim naengmyeon is served in a stainless steel bowl with a cold broth, julienned cucumbers, Korean pear slices, boiled egg, and cold-boiled beef slices. The long and thin noodles are made with flour, buckwheat, or sweet potatoes, but some varieties also include seaweed and green tea. The noodles are typically served uncut, symbolizing longevity and good health, though diners can request that the noodles be cut to their liking.
We did, however, have a delicious lunch and I learned a few things about Korean food. The food and service were both excellent. When I want to try authentic Korean cuisine in the UAE, I know where to go. I hope you enjoyed learning about my Korean culinary adventures; the restaurants listed below are highly recommended.
