When I created the original NES Hyrule map a few years ago to celebrate the 25th anniversary of The Legend of Zelda, I could have never anticipated the response from fans around the world to something I鈥檇 drawn on a whim, nor did I expect so many people to ask me to create a map based on Hyrule as seen in A Link to the Past.
Well, here it is, in both labeled and unlabeled variants (the labeled version has text denoting place names and icons scattered all over the map showing where fairies, heart pieces and quest items are hidden), with an illustration at the bottom depicting the Imprisoning War that broke out once Ganon stormed the Sacred Realm to get his greasy mitts on the Triforce.
Like all my other map prints, the dimensions of this map is 36x24 inches (6 square feet) - but unlike my other prints, it鈥檒l be printed on 60lbs stock (a slightly heavier and sturdier paper than I鈥檝e used before - it鈥檚 also more expensive to print, but I鈥檓 keeping the price these the same as my older prints in an effort to keep them relatively affordable for folks.)
I鈥檒l submit all the orders I get between now and late September to the printer in time to start shipping orders by the first week of October (everybody should have their prints in hand by the time The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds hits this fall.)
Anyway, thanks again to anyone who has ever bought a print for me or shared my stuff online - you guys are the best.
