One very important part about Popple and Howluna's relationship to me is that Howluna is never considered by Popple to be his " rookie " in any sense. They are a partnership, and both of them see one another as equals in every sense. Neither one of them is the leader. They make choices together.

Because of the fact that Popple and Howluna's relationship is based on mutual respect, they allow one another to grow and improve by giving feedback. They can rely on each other's strengths to lean on when the going gets tough. They bounce off of one another really well.
