idk why we’re still being brought up when we’re closed but we to clarify we had a majority poc admin team... never gave our own opinions on the nct situation as we cant speak on it we just explained we were here to make our members feel comfortable.. we had more than one muslim mun in the roleplay and yes while one mun that we spoke to didnt have a problem with nct that didnt mean others didnt and of course we’re going to act based on those uncomfortable. yes we reached out to muslim muns we knew in the roleplay and yes one of them disagreed with the complaints. yes we know the mun in question didnt agree and they were valid but we never lied or twisted the words of that mun to say they did. other peoples discomfort with the fcs themselves were the issue. they’re just fcs so they were banned. thought we cleared that up but here it is again. stop dragging a dead group into your accusations

to our members, 

its been an insane 4 months. we know most roleplays don’t really do the whole long post for closing anymore but it has been such a long time and a lot of you have been through so much with us so we think its important. 

we are closing. this really comes down to us as admins being pretty tired but also, we know you’re all probably tired too. we don’t want any of you to feel forced to stay in a roleplay. there are new roleplays coming, they look at exciting. we think they deserve such dedicated members like the ones we have.

drama has never really been something that bothered us, we’ve dealt with a lot of toxic & problematic people, both ic and ooc, but we dealt with them and moved forward. we survived a lot that most roleplays would have tumbled with and the truth is we have you guys to thank for that. you have been so patient with us, so understanding; so trusting. members are the backbone of a group but the truth is you guys were the heart too. 

this past week has been extremely draining. in fact, the last two months have, especially when regarding the muns we’re sure yall know about now. drama like that tends to influence your muse. we’d love to keep the group going, plan out the rest of our events and plot drops, but we know they wouldn’t be as fun for us or as fun for you.

when we started this we really didn’t expect for it to last longer than a month. not even joking, we were fully prepared to close before the school year started. activity, however, didn’t slow down and the truth is it really isn’t bad right now. thats why we’re picking now to do this. before it does get slower, and the timeline feels like a chore. we want you to all have good memories. 

we love & appreciate you all & hope you find a new group that you love just as much as we loved fiora!

under the read more, we’ve talked about the recent decision coco made to not remove some problematic muns from the roleplay. we’ve received an overwhelming amount of anons, blaming us for this decision, directing their anger at us. we’re sure this is happening as the other roleplay does not have their anon on, but that isn’t our roleplay. dm the main with your upset. we do not agree with their decision, we did not make that decision, and you can read more detail about the information we gave them.

we’re a little confused to be making this post, its also extremely upsetting for our black admin team who have been dealing with this for two months now, but we want to address the anons we’re receiving. this post will be regarding the problematic muns that caused upset and discomfort within the black community.

for the anons we are receiving, before we start, please stop blaming black muns in this situation. stop telling them how to react or how long they can be upset for, or that an apology fixes everything. hold the muns in question accountable instead. 

we did talk to cocoplaza admins about the problematic muns in their roleplay. we also got confirmation that they are in the roleplay and passed this to the cocoplaza admins. for some reason, it is being questioned on whether or not we told them anything, but we did. a member of the black admin team expressed all their concerns as a black mun as well as those from select black muns in the rpc. they were given an extensive recount of everything that has happened over the last two months as well as offered screenshots (they were not sent, but are available). the black admin team also did not accept any apologies from the problematic members at hand. that, too, is going around and it not the case -- nor is it anyone's place to accept their apologies for the whole black community.

we were not aware of the decision coco admins were going to make. we do not agree with it or condone it and are extremely sorry to those who were made to feel unsafe by it. that being said, cocoplaze isn’t our group and we cannot control what happens. you can rest assured that we did what we felt was needed and will continue to do so in our place in the rpc, more specifically in our group.

if you would like to avoid those muns in the group, please message the cocoplaza main, not us.
