Hi everybody!

I know it has been forever since I have been active on here, so this post is too little too late, but I pulled up tumblr for the first time in years and decided I should post something official. I’m not sure how many of y’all will even see it but just in case:

This blog is inactive, I’m not on tumblr anymore, but I am doing well (or at least as well as anyone can be doing right now in this hell world). I’m not reviving this blog or handing it off to anyone else, but I didn’t ever say goodbye and I want to do that now.

Thank you all for being a part of this blog with me. It brought me so much joy to get to interact with all of you so genuinely during such a vulnerable part in my life, and this blog gave me so much strength I did not know I had. I hope it was able to give that community and strength back to you in some way.

I know the world is a pretty terrible place right now for so many of us in so many ways, but I do wish all of you all the best in everything moving forward. You are not alone, you are loved, and you deserve so much better than this world gives you. I hope you are able to find happiness, safety, prosperity, and community going forward.

it’s not a bad thing for women (including trans and/or nonbinary women) to be exclusively attracted to other women. it’s not incomplete or selfish or regressive or close-minded. you don’t owe anyone anything. your boundaries matter. you don’t have to force yourself to try to appease and please men. you can let go and be yourself. attraction is supposed to feel good, your attraction matters, and you don’t have to hurt yourself by trying to be someone you’re not, please remember that.

Not to be dramatic or anything but as a lesbian what saved my life was realizing that attraction is supposed to feel good

nonbinary is a complete gender. you can be just nonbinary. you really don’t have to align yourself any more specifically than that

you don’t have to find the perfect just right word for your experience, you don’t have to parse out what named gender you’re closest to on a spectrum, what subset of nonbinary most closely reflects your truth, weigh your masculinity against your femininity against your androgyny to see what the total comes out to, you don’t have to label your gender by its relation or opposition to the gender you were assigned

all those things are great for exploring your gender & if you can find a home in them more power to you

but you don’t have to. you really can just be nonbinary

HELP NEEDED

Hey so thankfully our food stamps hit today and we have food in the house! However food stamps only buy food products so we could use some money for things like paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning sprays, laundry detergent. I also need some tooth paste 😓 if anyone has anything to spare it would be extremely appreciated :)

HELP ME AND MY PETS

I really need some help. I lost my job because I had to call out to drive my mom to the er. I was the only one in my house with a job, my moms boyfriend doesn’t work and won’t get a job and my mom lost her job and hasn’t been trying to get another one. I’m actively trying and hoping to get a data processing job really soon! But In the mean time we could use some financial support. I need to get my prescriptions filled. I have Graves’ disease, depression, and I take birth control for my horrible periods. That means 3 meds I have to get filled. Thankfully the birth control is free but even with my dads (deceased) insurance the Graves meds cost me about $11 and the depression meds are $6. I also have pets to feed. My dogs and cats have food but I also have rats and fish tanks. My animals are my everything I’ve loved and studied animals my entire life and they’re the only socialization I get. I’ve already had to rehome cats and my bearded dragon. I miss each of them every single day. The next thing I’d have to let go of is my rats but I love them so dearly I keep their cage directly next to my bed so I can just watch them and let them hang out with me whenever they want. They eat a lot, and their food cost $15 and last about 2 weeks. For the aquariums I don’t really need anything right now except water conditioner for regular water changes, which is only a few dollars. Apart from all that, it’s still 5 more days before we get food stamps, and we’re running super low on food again. The only thing I ate yesterday was our last potato. We have one more pack of ground beef and then we’re completely out of meat. If anyone can spare anything, it would be really appreciated. I don’t like to do this but I need support until I get a job. Also if you’d rather buy something from me I have baby axolotls ! There aren’t many left but if you donate $50 or more And dm me I will ship you a baby :) and if you need care guides for it I have lots of resources!
