I AM LOVED. I AM ENOUGH. Hello my dear Positivity Lingoers, #HappyFridayVibes 🙌 Because the end of the week has arrived I wanted to make today's post an affirmation one. Creating visuals for quotes and affirmations has being so helpful to me in calming my intrusive thoughts and also with my anxiety. It took a lot for me to put myself out here and open up to you but now, I am so proud of myself for doing it. I am not sure I would have discovered this way of coping with my feelings without my Positivity Lingo page.🥰 I love being able to express myself and share my work with you. All the love, support and beautiful words of inspiration I recieve does not go unnoticed. Thank you so so much.💖 Every single one of you keeps inspiring me to keep working everyday to bring positivity not only in my content but my everyday lifestyle as well. I truly appreciate you💖 Sending much love, gratitude, abundance and blessings to all my Positivity Lingoers on this beautiful Friday. 🙌❤💫🤩🌹 (at United States of America) https://www.instagram.com/p/CBn6XS9jS39/?igshid=1xuns7bsyp0u0

For it is when you choose to love yourself from within that real change can begin. I am not only speaking appearance wise. Being your own source of love is a very powerful thing. A source of energy that will keep going regardless of outside power outages because it's being fueled from within. Making decisions out of love for yourself and not so others can love you. Choose to be a powerful source of love for yourself and that way you can radiate love to all living beings. But my dears, true selflove also requires us to be accountable and call ourselves out on things we are doing wrong. We have to love ourselves enough to say "I have made a mistake. This mistake does not define me but how can I improve? Is there something this mistake teaching me right now?" Take time and examine your situation because everyone's situation is different. Never be ashamed of seeking professional help or advice from others. Be proud of doing things for your greater good. It takes a lot to listen to yourself in a world that is constantly telling us what to do and who to be. More power to you beautiful soul. Sending much love and positivity on journey🙌❤💫🥰🌹 (at United States of America) https://www.instagram.com/p/CBlLqMeD8CL/?igshid=18yqlx50h25eu

It's how you treat people. The way you love. It's self acceptance. Beauty is in your soul." Hello Positivity Lingoers Happy #TuesdayVibes 🤗 Remember there is beauty in your softness. There is strength in your vulnerability. There is freedom in your tears. Don't let society turn your heart into stone. Feelings and emotions are all part of being human it is our duty to find healthy ways to cope with them. I have been researching and reading about EQ (Emotional Intelligence) which to me is just as important if not more than IQ for every day living. Emotions are so important that I don't comprehend why we didnt learn about it more in schooI to be honest. 🤷♀️ Instead we learn to suppress our emotions and this is something very toxic to our health and state of mind.🤦♀️ As an adult now its my choice and responsibility to teach myself new ways to a healthier everyday lifestyle.🐛There is so much to learn before I can evolve into the beautiful butterfly I have been neglecting myself to be.🦋 I refuse to give up even when I fall, I will learn and come back stronger. I believe in US! We CAN do it together!🙌💞 #positivitylingo (at United States of America) https://www.instagram.com/p/CBgMQ7nh0JV/?igshid=17izu7jerxm03

PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION Hello my Dear Positivity Lingoers, today's content is a different one. I wanted to share with you all this wondeful video I found. I have been researching for ways I can help my brothers and sisters but on a tight budget it can be very hard. I honestly think that this is such a great way to help since technically speaking youtube ads make revenue. It takes a kind and humble person to take all the money and donate it to the organizations. @zoe.amira has promised to do just that! If you have a free hour to spare please watch the video and don't skip ads. Bare in mind you dont have to constantly be watching only don't exit or skip ads.🙏🙏 I used my phone and some headphones and watched the full video one time. I am rewatching now. If you have more than 1 hour and you would like to donate it to the cause please feel free to re-watch it. Comments on this video are very helpful regarding watching the video again so please read if you have a question. I tagged all you lovely people on this post in hopes you can all help bring awareness.🙏🙏 I was only able to tag 20 so please do share this post with your audience even if you were not tagged on the picture please🙏. Together we can make a difference. Watch the video and share so others can be able to help as well. Let's use our voices and platforms for good deeds and tag me in your post if you find useful information we can share with others. Thank you Positivity Lingoers, Stay Strong, Stay Safe, Stay Vigilant.🙏🙏💖 One for all and all for one.✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽✊🏼✊🏻✊ Thank you very much @zoe.amira for doing this, you are such a beautiful, kind and humble soul💖💖 You have my full support.✊💕💕 #blm #blacklivesmatter #noracism #nohate #universallanguage of love❤ (at United States of America) https://www.instagram.com/p/CA80GswjyRr/?igshid=15u5gjndx2k1y

Today marks the first day of Pride 2020.
It also marks the seventh day of protests held in honor of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmaud Arbery. It’s been 634 days since Botham Jean was murdered by a police officer, 233 days since Atatiana Jefferson was fatally shot by a police officer, 2,123 days since Michael Brown was fatally shot by a police officer, and 2,146 days since Eric Garner was choked to death by a police officer.
It has been five days since Tony McDade, a Black trans man from Florida, was shot and killed by a police officer.
At the time of this post, it has been almost 19 hours since David McAtee was shot and killed by the authorities.
This week has served as a stark reminder that those who have power in this country wield it recklessly and violently against Black people, non-Black POC, and trans people. For some, the power is found in their badge. In others, it’s their skin tone, their socio-economic status, their cisgender privileges, or any other number of privileges one can have. In 2018, with at least 26 trans people who were murdered, all but one was a trans woman, and all but one was a person of color. According to data collected by Human Rights Campaign, this pattern is all too common. It should also be noted that the number of trans people who are murdered is grossly underreported, with many families and newspapers often misgendering those who can no longer speak up for themselves.
On June 28, 1969, the Stonewall riots began as a response to the constant police raids of nightlife establishments frequented by the LGBTQIA+ community. That night sparked a revolution, with many eye-witnesses crediting Black and Latinx trans women for being brave enough to ignite what would become one of the most pivotal nights in LGBTQIA+ history. Without Marsha P. Johnson and Sylvia Rivera, there would have been no uprising. Without them, there would be no Pride.
At this moment, it would be tone-deaf and insensitive to commemorate Pride in the same celebratory fashion we usually do. Instead, we’re asking you to make the commitment to better the lives of the oppressed. Do the work to become actively anti-racist if you are not Black. Spread the word that Black lives matter. Spread the word that trans people deserve to feel safe wherever they go. Reblog this post, make your own, or find someone in your life who doesn’t understand and do your best to make them understand. Donate if you can.
The first Pride was a riot. We stand with you.

black lives matter and pride are intrinsically linked. the black trans community have done so much for us, we owe it to them to not forget their movement this month. without black lives, there would be no pride. black lives matter, today and always

a black woman named zoe amira posted a video on youtube. this video is an hour long and filled with art and music from black creators. it has a ton of ads, and in result will rack up a ton of revenue. 100% of the ad revenue from the video will be dispersed between various blm organizations, including bail-out funds for protesters. it will be split between the following, dependent on necessity
brooklyn bail fund
minnesota freedom fund
atlanta action network
columbus freedom fund
louisville community bail fund
chicago bond
black visions collective
richmond community bail fund
the bail project inc
nw com bail fund

turn off your adblocker and do not skip ads. between each time watch 3-5 other videos (mix it up) before restarting. this will ensure you aren’t marked as spam by youtube. mute the tab if you need to focus elsewhere but don’t mute the video itself. and let. it. play.
youtube will donate to blm for you.
youtube
please, please reblog. for people who don’t have money to spare, this is incredibly important information to have.

Today I am back after taking a short mental break. I am the type of person who always wants to stay informed but I am also aware that I tend to feel too much and too deep sometimes. Few days ago I started researching world news again and seeing all the bad going on took a toll on me. Watching all the injustice happening and protests going on spiked my anxiety. So many brave souls standing up against opression and brutality brought tears to my eyes. In spirit, I felt like I was there. Yesterday I took a break from IG and released the emotions I was feeling. I had to force myself to stop watching and reading news for now. Diet doesn't only consist of our food but everything in our lives. Before the pandemic, I used to read the news everyday and everyday I felt sad and depressed. I made a promise to myself months ago that I would protect my peace of mind by reducing the time I spend reading the news, watching tv, or even listening to the radio. Some of the things I started doing are listening to audibooks, Acrylic painting, Learning Hangul(Korean), listening to KPOP(Korean Pop), watching Doramas(Korean Dramas), Singing, building a cleaning schedule, lots of writing and researching hobbies and skills, bike riding, taking a few minutes to look at the sky, the clouds, the sun and the trees outside and of course working on Positivity Lingo content. It took some time to start listening and acknowledging my emotions but all of these things have helped me to cope and improve my state of mind. I hope it will be helpful to someone else. Over 500 Positivity Lingoers have united and joined the family!🙌😍 Welcome aboard new comers!🥳 Thank you all so much for your love and support.💕🥰🥰 Please remember to stay safe dears 🙏🙏 (at United States of America) https://www.instagram.com/p/CA5o8DcA6iH/?igshid=v6iyrtd9wt4

Double tap ❤, comment your thoughts💬, Tag anyone that can relate or who needs to see this.🎁 "The body achieves what the mind believes." Happy Saturday Positivity Lingoers! I Hope everyone is having a good weekend!😊 I plan to make today a very productive day. Last weekend I went bike riding with my boyfriend for the first time in years. Friends, let me tell you, it was so much harder than I remembered! My legs were on fire and aching after only a few minutes of riding it! I couldn't believe it!😂 Anyways I gave up after one or two circles around the block. I can't lie I was a little disappointed with myself because I knew I could do much more than that.😓 I took the rest of the day to rest, hydrate, and I stretched well before going again at night. I can't lie when I say my butt was sore from the uncomfortable seat but I was too determined this time. We went bike riding for over an hour and even though I had to take some breaks in between I was so proud of myself!😊 It was only when I consciously decided to put my mind into it and listen to my body when it told me "I need a quick break" that I was able to cheer myself on to finish what i had started. Being our own cheerleaders is very necessary when pushing ourselves in order to quite down our inner critic. Listening to our body's signals is crucial. We don't want to overwork our bodies. Only you know your limits and if your body needs a quick break you should listen. This weekend I plan to ride some more after taking some time during the week to rest my body and sore muscles. I am very excited for today especially because I know this is something I want to continue doing to raise my stamina, will power and health!😊 Positivity Lingoers we are all worthy.🦄💎 Let's start with small goals and keep developing and growing. Let's plant the seed of faith today and keep watering ourselves and our goals.🌱 We can bloom into a beautiful flowers.🌹 Let's not give up on the process but instead let's cheer for ourselves on and pat ourselves on the back for trying.💛💚 Let's start believing in ourselves more and see all amazing things we can accomplish! 🙌💖💫 https://www.instagram.com/p/CA0Z3cGBAiu/?igshid=cetd73u0obwg
